I just bought my daughters a scoop of ice cream a piece, they charged me for 3 then asked me if I wanted to keep my receipt, when I went to them about it, they act as if they didn’t know they overcharged, then they charged me $2 for a couple gummy bears, they never apologized, we won’t be back!

Boy, with ear phones over his head, taking my order, could not see his eyes while talking to him with his hat onIce cream so soft it almost fell off the cone while eating itSweeping all around my table while I’m eating my ice cream at 9 PM and they close at 10 kicking up dust. Looked at him several times, and he disregarded and kept on.He mentioned some smart Alec comment as I walked out the door after saying nothing the whole time there…not greeting me when walking in the door, or speaking when I walked up to the counterBeen better off getting a pint at a grocery store and not fooling with a Sorry service

I pulled through the drive thru I asked before placing order did they still Honor the birthday scoop the cashier said yes. When I got to the window two young ladies looked at me & stated I had to have to coupon or I would have to pay. My feelings must've shown on my face because she then proceeded to tell me to download the app and they will send the coupon tomorrow. I dont believe that because I know how autogenerated emails work. I feel like this is bad customer service. I wish the wouldve honored what she said look at my ID & informed me on the app for myself family & friends. I have no family here &I was looking forward to getting my birthday ice cream. I will not be back

It was my second time to visit this location. The ice cream was ok but nothing special. The employees did not acknowledge me when I first walked in and greeted them. They finally did and they were pleasant. The dining room was clean mostly. I would go back but would not be my first choice.

Very clean. All flavors were in stock. The two young men working there were very polite and helpful! My husband's scoop fell off the cone and they immediately replaced it.
Their ice cream is always good, by far the best around but some of the employees just have that "everyone is a burden to me" attitude which is unpleasant

We don't have one of these nearby, so it was nice to go in and get some great scoops I remembered from childhood. I got a scoop of the gold medal ribbon, which is really like getting a caramel sundae because it is vanilla and chocolate swirled ice cream with a ribbon of caramel sauce in it. Other flavors our family bought were strawberry cheesecake, nutty coconut, Oreo cookies and cream, and mint chocolate chip (milkshake).
