This is a place that will eventually close. They hardly are ever open. They finally put hours on the sign. The drive thru person when they are open, never changes their gloves. Car to car touches money then food. Just nasty, they will close because they stayed close for soo long and now it's just a building.
New update. Lobby still closed. Food still is less than standard. Nuggets are awful. Grilled chicken is just a few pieces thrown together. People are nice. Food is not edible. I believe this place will still close. Just garbage.

Stopped by Bojangles and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—especially the chicken and biscuits. Service was fast and the staff was friendly. Definitely a solid spot when you want good comfort food. I’ll be back!

Food was overcooked. Ordered half gallon of tea then the woman at the window tried to charge us for ice and cups. I had just bought a half gallon the day before with NO up-charge. I think this East Ridge Bojangles is stealing from customers. I have NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR ICE when I buy half gallon jugs of tea and I've done that for years. The ice cups come with it. Otherwise what are we supposed to drink from??Bottom line,East Ridge Bojangles is a total ripoff.
During the Christmas parade, they left the drive thru open but you had to walk up, it was literally chaos.. but amazing to watch! Food was fine, employees were just overwhelmed & people just piled up at the speaker & pickup window

I have not been to bojangles for 25 years & I only stopped because it was directly in front of Walmart (which I also rarely go to). I was expecting the worst, but didn't care because I was in a hurry. Not only was the drive-thru guy extremely nice, but the chicken was light and good. It wasn't greasy. I am in shock. It's a completely different restaurant. 3:15 pm on 11/20/25. Drive-thru guy has changed my mind about eating here.
