I have lived in east ridge my entire life and my local bojangles has always been my favorite spot for breakfast but in the recent years it has turned into garbage. The food is HARDLY EDIBLE which wouldn't be much of a problem if the staff was helpful to fix it but they aren't. They're rude and always annoyed to deal with customers. If you want GOOD bojangles it's always worth it to drive the extra 10 mins to the GA location. Even with the 10 mins and it being in a different state it will always be faster than the east ridge location.

Very slow rude & unfriendly staff food was not warm at all took 15 minutes to get my food an I was the only person inside the restaurant... managers & employees were to busy playing around with each other and using very extreme fowl language

We went here for breakfast and it was already not very clean. The bathrooms were not clean and we had to wait quite a while for someone to take our order. The food was good though.

This review is 2 parts. First: in general the service here has been steadily going down. As someone who has gone to this specific location for 30 years or more, I'm disappointed in the lack of efficiency and customer service. Today was the icing on the cake; we pulled into the drive thru line at 10:17. We watched at least 8 cars pull in and immediately leave after seeing how many customers were waiting both at the drive thru and inside. When we finally got up to the order screen it was a full 6 minutes before anyone asked for our order. There were zero cars ahead of us at the window. When we got to the window to pay, they gave us our drinks and asked that we pull ahead to wait on the rest of our order. At 10:53 we finally had our food but were missing one side and had to go in to get it. Second part: Later we realized that not only did we not get a receipt, but our debit card wasn't returned to us. We called but they couldn't find our card, so I'm now in the process of reporting it lost. I am in no way implying that it was withheld intentionally, but we went straight home where we discovered it was missing.

3/24... I have been in the drive through now for 30 minutes. Was asked to pull up after I received my drinks because they needed to make more borounds.... that was over 10 minutes ago and we are still sitting here waiting. Arrived @ 10:17 , food was finally brought to the car at 10:53 but we were missing one side. Finally leaving now.

Food was ordered through Door Dash and was on schedule to be delivered however the employees had not made it until after I had arrived. It took an additional 30 minutes to receive food. The female who was working the counter was very rude and unprofessional and made me feel very unwelcome with her attitude. There was only one couple inside the restaurant when I arrived and when I left, The establishment was not very clean behind the counter or in the lobby. Overall I would never recommend anyone eat here.

The worst ever the wait is terrible the drive thru is horrible if your on lunch are ever in a rush please do not go here it's terrible they only ring up 1 are 2 cars at a time and the lobby is never open
