Been ordering from this store for over a year, tonight my food should up by doordash, as usual but this time the red sticker was split and the bag stunk so much my dog sneezed, i called the store and got hung up on the first time, called back and the manager was rude and didn’t have time for my questions, Now i don’t have time to order from this place anymore!!

You're taking a chance getting your food fresh depending on who's working I guess. Got some chicken tenders and they were cold, dry and hard. I just didn't have the energy to take them back. End up going in the trash.

Ordered food, messed my order up and gave me a horrible attitude when I asked nicely to have the food I paid for. Pretty rude staff, the gentleman who took my order was super nice but that’s where the service ended.
I go to this place a lot, but here recently the service was trash, the staff isn't the nicest, it seems to be that the staff just throws things together, the last 3 times I went, the burgers we're missing toppings, or too messy to eat.
I just went there and it was missing toppings and you can't taste nothing but mayo.

Probably the slowest restaurant in the entire North Georgia/Southern Tennessee area. I often Doordash and every single time I come here, it's the slowest restaurant. I keep a timer going when I get to this place sometimes. I'm standing at checkers right now writing this review. I started it from the moment I pulled into the place until I received my order and then got back into my car. The timer was at 30 minutes before I just gave up and left. WORST service of any place I've ever been to.
Rated 1 star on food because you'll never get to try it. You'll die of old age before they hand it to you. Not like it was a huge order either. 5 items.
It wouldn't be so bad either, at least if they would open the window and talk to you, but they will aggressively ignore you. They don't even have the common decency to open the window, ask you what you're there for (they never ask), tell you if they're waiting on it, and maybe give you a wait time. This is the most basic customer service anyone could ask for, but it's too much to ask for. Don't waste your time here if you're a driver. If you're there as a customer, the food is alright, but it'll probably take forever to get it

I went to the checkers on Saturday, November 2, 2024 to get my favorite, (2 six piece mozzarella stickers) which where old & very hard to the taste. It was 15 minutes to 12:00 am & one a car ahead of me. My understanding that they close at 1:00 am on Friday's & Saturday's. Thats was very unacceptable & I will not return for a very long time.
