The fried chicken and chicken tenders had batter/coating that was inedible - it tasted horrible, like old burnt oil - but when the coating was scraped off, the chicken underneath was tender and juicy. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the new look inside, it felt fresh and clean.

Had a late lunch at Cracker Barrel today. Had the best experience I’ve had in months was seated immediately, and Vanessa waited on me. She was attentive the whole meal, but not smothering. Amazing service !Then, when the food came out, it was hot, cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious which was cooked by LeBron in the kitchen between these two employees my meal Was so enjoyable! Nowadays, we are starved for good customer service, but these two employees have it pegged!

I would give you 0 stars. This looks just like every restaurant , it's WHITE! Guess keeping the look, logo and munu that has kept you in business for over 50 years isn't woke enough. Will not come back to this location again and if menu doesn't change want come back to your chain again in future. A past very happy customer.
