Ordered in the drive thru, girl on the speaker was short and rude. Store didn't have any chocolate ice-cream. They flipped my blizzard at the window with a lid however the blizzard was soft and couldn't have survived the flip with no lid. Kinda defiets the purpose of the flip.

This makes the third time I’ve came by the Dairy Queen in Eastridge and they’ve been out of chocolate. I don’t want to order anything but yet there’s no way to get out of the drive-through line. So I ordered something small Just to take home and put in the freezer. So then I make a track over to GUNBARREL Dairy Queen because they always have chocolate. Do better Eastridge Dairy Queen.

Did not even start the online order until after I arrived. This defeats the purpose of an online order.
I also noticed the only person I saw inside was a tax sponge. Be more selective in the hiring process and you will have a productive work environment.

$10 for 4 tiny chicken strips and barely a handfull of fries. Do better. Blatantly ripping off customers. You can buy a whole chicken and 5lbs of potatoes for $10. Thats the last time you will take advantage of me.

This is the good Dairy Queen.
You know how some DQs hand you a lopsided cone and a Blizzard that looks full but was only mixed on top, and the bottom 75% was soft serve? Not here. This location actually serves stuff that looks like the ads—tall, clean swirls, solid mix-ins, no mess.
They’re fast, the place is clean, and the staff actually seem like they don’t hate being there, which is rare enough to mention. It’s way better than the other DQ nearby, where everything feels like a training day gone wrong and it’s the customers fault lol
If you’re stopping off the interstate, don’t be scared, this DQ won’t disappoint.

Aubrey, the girl that took our order inside, was very rude and disrespectful. She rolled her eyes when we entered. Kept tapping her fingers impatiently, faintly shaking her head in disapproval, and sighed heavily as I ordered. When I changed the vanilla ice-cream to chocolate in a small blizzard, she acted disgusted. Two people were there waiting for their order. Another family came in behind us. Not busy at all. We arrived well before closing time(over an hour before they closed) My daughter and I had to go back to the counter because an item was left out of our order. She ignored us and the redheaded girl working the drive through looked at us and ignored us as well. I am leaving out a few things, but I think you understand. With all that being said, the ice-cream was delicious and the store was clean.

My pickup order was ready on time and was handed to me by a very sweet worker. The backyard bacon ranch burger is delicious!

We walked in to order some blizzards. We were the only ones at the counter to order, the employees behind the counter walked away leaving just one employee. Another customer walked up and was helped and we were ignored the entire time. It was like we were completed invisible. I won't be going back to the Camp Jordan location.
