We walked in to order some blizzards. We were the only ones at the counter to order, the employees behind the counter walked away leaving just one employee. Another customer walked up and was helped and we were ignored the entire time. It was like we were completed invisible. I won't be going back to the Camp Jordan location.

Friendly and prompt payment. Everything was good. Love that they are open til 11! ❤️ Think the root beer had a chlorine taste from the under taste of the ice/water in it, but I know that isn’t their fault. Everything was fresh cause I had to wait for it in a mobile spot. Would definitely recommend for a moolatte if starbucks is closed between 10 and 11 or for any sweet ice cream cravings!

As neighbors at Lexor Nail Spa, we love having Dairy Queen Grill & Chill nearby! Their ice cream treats are always refreshing, and the food is great for a quick and tasty meal. I usually do not eat Dairy Queen, my husband is the fan, and because the drink was so delicious yesterday (Hixson location) I wanted another one today. So we chose to go to the Camp Jordan location. Why in the heck did we do that? The customer service was trash the food wasn’t good and they didn’t make my drink the way I ordered and that was really my reason for going. The chick in the drive thru had absolutely no customer service, it seemed has though she really didn’t want to serve us. So yeah I’ll just take that drive to Hixson until they get trained properly. Because right now, they not it😩

I ordered the chicken parmesan and got home I live 2 minutes away and it was cold and chicken strips and it was cold I called and was told they stopped serving that yesterday

My date and I went to this location for a ice cream treat to end our date night. we was enjoying our First date until we got here Analisa was very rude she came to our table and just dropped our order on table and said nothing and walked away we thought this was very rude don't know if she was having a bad day or something but they need to do something about this Thank you

I asked for a vanilla ice cream cake for my spouse birthday and received chocolate ? she hate chocolate... I didn't take it back because we had really cut it ... Money wasted we threw it away ..

Horrible… move past the screwed up order.. the chili hotdog was inedible. The greasy fried fish sandwich was cold in the middle… but the Strawberry shake was great. Stick to what you do..
