Tonya took the time to look things up for me (although, she knew and understood the menu flawlessly), and answered my questions.I did not feel like I was taking up her time or like she'd couldn't be bothered with such a detailed phone inquiry.She was kind, and she was patient. DQ states on their order board that if they don't serve their blizzards upside down you are entitled to a free one. Apparently they didn't get the memo. The girl served me a large chocolate blizzard right side up and when I told her she didn't turn it upside down she said oh we don't do that when they're full. . Whattt??? I said that's not what your sign says. She then says well the ice cream is too soft. Mkay!! Don't advertise something you don't deliver. By the way my ice cream was not soft. Ugh

Good Eats for sure ! Entering the restaurant there is the best smell of fresh onion rings. Customers ordering at counter. The cashier was friendly, our order was # 5. I told her we were # 1. She said when our order was ready she would call #1. ? Smiling... Another lady brought the order to the table. The food was fresh and hot ! I recommend the chicken ? strip basket, fries with the country gravy. The restaurant is clean and bright.

Clean, good food if fast food is your thing...and of course the best ice cream on Planet Earth.
Dairy Queen being one of the first fast food restaurants was delicious from the beginning! They're still serving good quality food. I love the meal plans. To add the D.Q. blizzard makes the perfect, tasty meal! I don't care for fast food anymore but my son got the meal for me and I was impressed! Dairy Queen has been around since I was a kid. We'd stop to get the soft serve ice cream cone & we all loved that. It's a wonderful memory for me. Thanks Dairy Queen!!

Service took 12 minutes from the moment we reached the front of the line. This means the woman at the register saw us walk up and walked off.If the fast food industry wants to know how to fix this issue as a whole, I suggest huring more staff and, on corporate's side, ensure franchises have enough from regular projected sales to make up for continued operating costs and extra employees.
