Thank goodness there was not a fire somewhere and this team was in charge. Walked in, and was greeted as if I were invisible. No one said hey can I help you? I asked a question to a male staff member who seemed rather bored with my question. I think they were too busy making sandwiches that I was just a problem that needed to be eliminated. It worked. I went somewhere else. I just went there to get something for my mate who is going through chemo. I didn't even want something for myself.

I ordered through the app and they had just finished making it when I arrived (10 mins early). The employee was very sweet and friendly and had a lovely smile. She said the BBQ stack was her favorite sandwich and I told her I was excited to try it. I'm glad I did! It's one of my top 3 now!

Walked in and 2 people at counter just stared at us. We had to ask them to take our order. We spent 28.00 on 2 sandwiches drink and chips. Our sandwiches had no meat on them and were lousy. When asked staff why sandwiches were so light on meat . They just said that how they make them. I will never come back to this place. EVER. RUDE AND LOUSY FOOD.

There were no other customers in the store yet. My sandwich was slapped together. Very sloppily meat was half off the hoagie. There was hardly any lettuce on the hoagie at all and very little meat. It was very disappointing

I placed an order for 3 subs. It was, $47 And they would not take my fifty dollar bill said it was company policy, it wasn't like my total was $5.. I would never come here again.

All I got was a veggie sub, took way too long to make. And was not good, wasted $16. Never going to eat at Firehouse again

Son wanted to try their new Spicy Dill Hook & Ladder, so here we are.
Did not disappoint! He's sweating like crazy. 10/10 would watch him eat it again.
