Will drive out of my way to go to this sub shop. Best subs this side of the river. Need a few more firehouse subs in Chattanooga
Ate there on 11/24/24. I ordered the New York Steamer, which I've had many times at other locations. About half of the corned beef had so much fat and gristle that I couldn't bite thru it. I had to pull it off to finish the sandwich. I showed the pile of meat to an employee, only to get a "sorry about that". Will not be back.
Customer service needs to be worked on tremendously. food was good but workers are not pleasant 🤮
