I ordered through the app and they had just finished making it when I arrived (10 mins early). The employee was very sweet and friendly and had a lovely smile. She said the BBQ stack was her favorite sandwich and I told her I was excited to try it. I'm glad I did! It's one of my top 3 now!

I have enjoyed firehouse since they arrived in Chattanooga. Met the owner several times. He is a great guy! The steak and cheese is my go to and only order this everytime. The sauces are back and they definitely can add a kick. Just in case you choose an 8, 9, or 10++ on the heat scale and it's too hot for your liking. Then go over to the tea station and grab yourself a lime to cut the heat. The citric acid with react with whatever it is in about 30 seconds or less. Try it...

I absolutely love love love Firehouse subs! I know covid was pretty rough on everyone but could you please PLEASE bring back the different sauces!!! Being able to sit down and have a variety of different sauces that you can try to pair with your subs or salad was the best part about dining!
