As a California Girl relocating here to the the South, Southern hospitality has been all but a myth... That was until two weeks ago today when my mother and I walked into Jacks for the first time greeted promptly and graciously by staff members that displayed such as myth ... Southern hospitality and service with outstanding hot, fresh and delicious food too boot ... Today was no different... Thank you Shaniyah, Audrey,and Paige alongside their companions made for a wonderfully delicious experience yet again ... Jacks on Ringgold for the Win🤞🎉🎉🎉

I have to admit that I stopped going to this restaurant over a year ago. The service the food was all sub-par. However, today I went because one of my favorite restaurants was closed. I came here to tell you that my food was amazing. It was fresh well made and correct! Let me add that the service was also friendly and prompt. I promise I will go back. In a time where we feel like service just doesn't matter any more.It is refreshing to find a place like this. I encourage you.If you're reading this , give this restaurant another chance.
I love this Jacks!!! I'm late woth my review...but it's well earned. I eat breakfast here every morning. PAGE and AUDREY you girls are the bomb. I wish you both could be there every morning when I come through. Tbe customer service has an A+ rating!!! Shout out to E and Chaz for an amazing experience that i had one time during the afternoon and evening hour! Customer service was unmatched. I ate at East Ridge, TN during their 3 Free Wings event on 8/9/25. It was fun, wings were delicious and the staff very courteous. They kept coming around to make sure I had everything I needed. I have ate there previously and I think the food is great. Good prices too. They serve hard ice cream too, not the soft stuff. Definite thumbs up.
