Short staffed due to holidays. Had to wait for food. When arrived at home with food, wasn't given the correct food. Was given double gravy instead of gravy and gritts.

Jack's is always great... Love the chicken fingers and I always get the plate with green beans and fries... Of course you always have to get the shake to go with it...

Parking: They always have the friendliest people working the window...

Kid-friendliness: I am sure that it is really kid friendly as well...

The food is okay most of the time. The last 3 times I ordered tea it was basically colored water.
They also do not serve lunch as scheduled on weekends. I tried to order from the lunch menu at 11:10 and was told lunch was "not ready yet".

I came in on a Saturday afternoon about 1:00 on October 26th. No one was at the front counter and no one acknowledged me at all. So I waited and waited.Finally after several minutes I said is anybody going to wait on me or at least say hello. They all looked at me like I was crazy. Eventually a young woman showed up and explain that she was on break. My problem was not with her but with the fact that no one even acknowledged me or said hello or smiled. They all looked miserable and that they couldn't wait to get out of there. By the way the restaurant was completely empty and I suppose they had a couple of cars in the drive-thru. With five employees that I could see you would think someone would say hello or smile or something. I think some additional training would be good. I come here quite frequently and have always enjoyed the food however service is always been lacking somewhat. As a former restaurant manager I know it can be really hard to hire in retain good employees. However is it a lot to ask to have someone at least say hello and somebody will be with you in a moment.

Poor service ordered a 3pc chicken dinner got 3 thighs so small they looked like drums biscuits so hard and green beans was cold asked for refund they said no manager no refund
