“The employee Bob at the Smoothie King in Hixson, TN definitely deserves a large appreciation/raise for his customer service. This was mt first time I have been to Smoothie King so of course I was confused. He took his time to explain all of my options with what I was looking for. He even had me park in the front of the building so he could provide me samples so I could get the perfect smoothie for myself! He also kindly went inside without saying anything and made my son a smoothie. This was the best experience I have ever had as far as customer service! I recommend 1000/10“

Charmerine was super helpful in making my custom smoothie, I tend to like things very specific and she delivered!! Super kind environment as well with other co workers.“

“soooo good! I'm a traveling musician and it's always hard to find good vegan grub on the road but dang this spot was worth the pit stop for sure! I had the fish sandwich and carrot salad and i got one of evey desert they had just ya know.... for the road 😏. 10/10 ...that brownie set a whole new bar. My only complaint is that i wish yall were closer to Nashville ❤️🤘“

My wife and I stopped by on our way home to Norris, TN and tried the Irish Jig latte—an incredible mix of cinnamon, maple, nutmeg, Irish cream, and more. It was smooth, flavorful, and just the right balance of spice and sweetness. Easily one of the best seasonal drinks I’ve ever had! The shop itself has a great vibe—cozy, inviting, and perfect for grabbing a cup to-go or enjoying a seat there. Their attention to quality and detail in every cup is very clear, and the branding is on point. If you’re a coffee lover, put Culture Coffee Co. at the top of your list.
