My man went a picked me up pizza and keep in mind we live less than 5 mins from this location. They gave us ALREADY ICE COLD PIZZA. Despicable waste of money.

This has been the worst Little Caesars experience ever! Walking into the store & two guys were in the back. Stood at register for 10 minutes, no greet, no acknowledgement. Just a stare. It was very awkward. Already paid for pizza online :( & it wasn’t ready…Love the pizza but the service sucks!! This location needs to do better. I would rather drive an extra 5mins for better service. Not coming back to this location. I would give 1/2 star but there’s no option for that…

I had worse post on here but today at 3:54 pm August 24 white kid young give me the best service in a long time pizza was ready as soon as I ask for it very nice guy very adult for his age great service from this kid he was the cashier best I seen it a while.

Honestly the more I come here the worse it gets. If you call this the Extra Most Bestest, then the regular is better… How does that work?! Maybe got extra cheese but the pepperoni looks like a 4 year old threw it on…. And not many as you can see. Definitely changing to another location cause it seems to always be the same and they don’t care.

Well normally I don’t have any problems with little ceasers, except this location. There was one time we stopped by a little over an hr before closing time a few months ago and they refused to make our pizza because they already shut everything down an hr before they were scheduled to close. Wound up driving to the Ft Oglethorpe location. Then I just ordered today 4/6 online and picked up using the pizza portal, but the lady at the register looked absolutely miserable and I’m really glad I didn’t have to talk to her for any reason cuz I don’t think it would have been a pleasant experience. And to top it all off…..as shown in the picture it literally looks like someone ate half a slice of pizza. The crust was soooooooo thin it literally ripped as they were putting it in the box or taking it out of the oven and it folded under the rest of the slice. They should retrain their people or hire new ones because of the dough is that thin, they should have re did it. Probably won’t be returning to this location. I’d much rather drive the extra 10-15 minutes to ft O knowing I’ll have a much better experience.

There is absolutely no training being done with these employees. They do not acknowledge you to say they will be with you in a moment. I'm currently on hold for 8 mins with the store due to wrong pizza being given to me. Bad service all the way around.
If I could give negative stars I would. I got there and opened the portal as instructed and it was empty. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to help, it was sitting on their counter. Then I spent the entire night in the bathroom until noon today, with food poisoning and it coming back out of both ends. I will never eat here again. It's also probably the dirtiest Little Caesars I have ever been in.

idk why it's so hard to remember the regular ceasars dipping sauce. should also not have to stand around for five minutes with a pizza in hand getting ignored by staff. y'all wanna lock in on orders to avoid customers but not enough to get them right. at least spend a lil of your focus on your slipping lace 💀

The pizza and bread sticks were fresh. I went to get the hot and ready deal because we were in a hurry, but it was a 20 to 25 minute wait for food. However, They were busy, and everyone was working hard to get orders out.
