I’m sitting here now with my husband. I’ve been waiting for about 2 hours. Our calzones are way undercooked and it’s basically nothing but dough on the inside. They have put it back in the oven twice now. The guy working is nice but outside of that I don’t think we will come back here. Not to mention we had to go next door to get our drinks bc they are out of everything but water. Money wasted!

Do not go here for lunch on the weekends!!!! The staff are all kids and last time I went in I was not greeted because all three were dancing and playing around in the back. The Hispanic boy that works there is rude and did not wash his hands. The mixed girl with the curly hair acted like a diva and that her time was much more important than mine. I did not have a direct interaction with the other girl working, but I am sure it would have been just as bad. Only come here for the night shift and ideally when they have their normal delivery driver working. He is the only person that works there that seems to have any restaurant experience. I used to think that he was the owner until I had the displeasure of meeting her. She is one of the worst human beings that I have ever met in my life. I would not be surprised if she was the mother of the three kids working because they all had the same since of entitlement that momma did. Other than Ken the delivery driver and his normal crew at night, every employee here should be fired immediately. Corporate should come through and take the franchise away from these horrible people. If you come at night on a day that Ken is working, you will have a great experience. If you are unfortunate enough to go on a night that he is not there, you have been warned.

I ordered a pizza online with the app. I had a $10 voucher. It showed the voucher applied in app. I show up to pay at store and it didnt apply. I spoke to a manager named Joe. and he we tried to get the app to order another with the coupon but it wouldnt work. His employee said no one has been able to get the coupons to work all day. I asked Joe to just adjust the ticket since his app wasnt working right. He said the app was working just fine. I told him his employee just told both of us people had been reporting issues all day. I told him I wasnt going to buy the pizza unless it was adjusted. He refused. I walked to my car and decided i still wanted my pizza. The manager told me It was wrong for me to order pizza and refuse to pay for it. After he refused to honor a coupon that Marcos broken app couldnt process. I asked for his name, and he was difficult but finally told me his name was Joe. This store wont honor their coupons. Then will lecture you about right and wrong.

did a walk-in order for cheesy bread. people not in any form of uniform, and hands weren't washed after ringing me up. The bread was also cold. not even warm. pretty sure I got a cheese bread that was canceled from another order, i didnt even leave the plaza and was back in the store 20 minutes at the most. The cheesy bread was poorly made. completely flat in the middle. I've never had this bad of an experience at a marcos.

I fell in love with Marcos pizza when I tried it the first time but they should be wearing gloves and hair covered. I should have known by them dirty nails when that guy handed me my pizza that we would have food poisoning… east ridge Marcos gave 3 of us food poisoning… I’m talking about stomach in knots feeling like we’re near death and we spent $52 on 1 order with them to end up with food poisoning… I have ended up spending even more on meds to try and cure us from having to go to the hospital and my 8 year old is still suffering…Wash ya damn hands and wear gloves at every restaurant. I’m going to call the health inspectors out there. Every restaurant should be required and mandated to wear gloves and change them after every transactionUghhhhh this has cost me a fortune

I created an online order for an XL double pepperoni pizza,when i brought it home to eat it was extremely dough like so i reported to the store and they agreed to remake it,when i got there the manager was extremely rude and told me he couldn’t give out everyone free pizzas, when i made it home with my remade pizza and opened the box it was not the pizza i was supposed to get remade at all.Terrible service and extremely rude workers.
