This particular pizza hut, wow... The door says they open at 10am. I walk up around 10:10am 8/26/25 the chubby kid working the counter quickly hides in the back. Door is still locked. Employee of the month right there! Must have caught him right before his smoke break? Anyways, went to Domino's down the street and had the 2 pizza's for 6.00 each!

But that was over 30 yrs ago ! i’m now 46! now the dough is so hard, cheese isn’t cheese, never enough marinara sauce! food is very dry and tasteless! They charge so much for it! First, we called, and they said they had no pan pizzas. We wanted their $2 Tuesday special. 4 of those. Then, we attempted to order 2 medium pizzas. So we placed our order. They called back 3 mins later, stating they ran out of dough.

I called the next morning and whoever I spoke with was extremely rude and was having a breakdown over the phone over me asking if i can pick up my 2 pizzas today !!! I will contacting corporate office

Beware of this scamming place. Placed an order at 7:30 on a week night. The website stated an hour wait - no worries, figured they were busy. Received a phone call at 8:29 stating they had to cancel the order because they were out of dough. Again, I was very understanding and said it was okay. Turns out they never bothered to actually cancel the order. I even have the screenshot where they called me to cancel the order. The manager was so unprofessional, rude, and childish. This man should not be allowed to work with the public. He even admitted they were super busy but refused to offer any refund or give me any phone number to speak with someone else. I was able to easily dispute this scamming pizza hut location with my bank to receive a refund. Zero thanks to this awful location.

They have their own delivery drivers but they use door dash drivers and don't tell you up front. If you call and tell them you don't want door dash to deliver your pizza they get pretty upset about it and tell you it's luck of the draw, you don't have a choice. This is wrong on many levels. For one, pizza delivery drivers get paid less than minimum wage in the store and only make normal wage and tips when driving, so calling on door dash hurts the employees that are there trying to make a living. For me personally, I refuse to eat food delivered by door dash, grub hub, Uber eats, etc. Any company that let's random people be alone with your food is not OK. At least pizza delivery drivers are trained in food safety, and it's their dedicated job. All the fly by night delivery companies hire anyone, and the vast majority of those people are nasty and unscrupulous. They don't bathe and they wear nasty clothes so they have an aura of funky BO, some of them smoke in the vehicle, and an alarming number of them will open containers and pick at your food with their nasty little paws or do who knows what to it, and most of the time they don't get caught. Im done with pizza hut for this, there are plenty of other pizza places around.

Ordered through Uber. Did not receive our wings. When I contacted the store the first time I was hung up on after 12 minutes on hold. After being on hold the 2nd time about the same length of time, a rude lady answered and said "you need to contact Uber" and immediately hung up on me. Did not give me a second to reply. Very unprofessional! The wings were for a child that does not eat pizza, so I ended up having to run out and get his dinner for him before his ball practice which was the whole reason we ordered pizza, to easy the rush before practice. VERY dissatisfied with the entire order and experience on the store level.

Pizza not done and left off peppers, butter, etc. Trying to call back and get the rest of order and been on hold 20 minutes. Terrible!!!!

Ordered the ultimate hut bundle, got one pep lovers and the second custom even paid to make them large. I got so many toppings on my custom pizza that it didn’t even cook all the way! I had more pepperoni on two of my custom slices then I did on a whole pepperoni lovers pizza. The crust was white and there was so many toppings that the cheese didn’t even melt. Don’t bother ordering anything around this area better yet this state. You’re better off getting jacks frozen pizza from Walmart do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Staff is the rudest over the phone I have ever felt with.

Ordered a big dinner box online to pick up in store . It was a 40 minute wait (no problem with that). We showed up for them to tell us they haven't started our order because they were out of boneless wings. Once we got that figured out, I was told it would be another 30 minutes before it would be ready. We finally get the pizzas and all and get home and find out they forgot a topping that we paid extra to add.
