This is a joke. My girlfriends didnt even come rolled. Mine had no cheese and was smaller than my hand. Sonic do better. Yall have gone down hill so much. Customer service was actually awful. No one was nice or had a smile on their face. Didnt even say a word when she came to my window beside here have a good day. This is the last time ill be to this location for a while

And we hate to complain but it was an allergy so we went back through and I just wanted to mention the man who made are order again and brought it to us I didn’t get his name it was 8:20 am but he was a delight very understanding and kind good job

Never been to this establishment and had a pleasant experience. No customer service skills whatsoever. They will sling your food out the window at you and not say a word. Super slow and your food is still cold when you get it. I would give zero stars if I could. Drive to the next town if you absolutely have to have sonic bc the one on Ringgold road is terrible.

Quick service best crushed ice and reasonable prices.
This is the umpteenth time that I’ve ordered cherry limeades with extra cherries and extra flavoring… NO CHERRIES in the cups. — Not even the regular amount of cherries that are supposed to be in three large limeades.
If you’re not going to give the additional paid for extras… stop offering them.
The waitress that brought the drinks out appeared to be having a bad day, as well. Hopefully, they start paying more attention to orders.

Decided to try Sonic for the first time In a long time… bad call. Ordered online to make it easy and pulled up to a booth like it tells you to. Drive thru was full anyway. No one ever answered the speaker so 10 min later I get in long drive through line. Girl at window was barely responsive and it took 5 minutes for her to figure out where my missing unicorn slush was. Food was already stone cold and unicorn slush was not even cold and there was no slush to it. $27 wasted. Also note that multiple employees were goofing around outside telling each other to get to work. Maybe their service would be better if they did actually get back to work.

i just want to say , this location has some of the WORST customer service i have ever gotten. the whole time i sat at the drive thru never got a hey how are you , never said a total , never said have a good day. she barely would even open the window to give me my food , she almost dropped it. these youngins do NOT have any respect or manners. this is not the first interaction ive had with said employee either.
