When we fist pulled in, the menu screens weren't working. We honestly should of just went though the drive though at this point, but we persisted and got someone to finally take our oder. The lady taking me oder was rude, short with me and snippy. The women who delivered the food was kind, but since the screens weren't working, we didn't pay yet. She almost let us have the food for free before I reminded her. When we got home two fries where missing, and so was the sauces, that the snippy lady insisted she heard and got. Probably won't be going here for a while, not worth the struggle.

The breakfast burritos were great but the employees showing up at ten after eight and then being rude because they just got there was completely unnecessary. Also if they are going to talk bad about customers make sure it not at the drive thru window where the customer can hear them. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had especially since I work fast food myself!

We ordered outside. We had the All American hot dogs. These are normally good, but on this trip, they were smoother with too much stuff. I might could have enjoyed a chili dog with excessive amounts of stuff, but excessive pickle relish, excessive mustard & ketchup, was excessive which made them REAL messy to eat & really tart!!

It all starts from the drive thru. First off nobody on the microphone taking orders should have an attitude period!!! What do you want is the first thing said to me. Not a welcome to sonic may I take your order. This happened on Sunday around 1130. She had black long hair and looked Indian I'll let you figure out the rest. The burgers I had ordered came out poor never have I paid over 20$ for food that is struggling to go together. This is an ongoing thing at this location. If they aren't happy to work then fire them . If they want to immediately be rude to customers then Fire them!!! Yours truly a customer who cares!!

How does one forget the burgers on 2 cheeseburgers and ingredients on burritos. Please stop hiring incompetent employees. Get employees who can look at pictures and make simple orders. Most cheeseburgers have a patty.

This is a joke. My girlfriends didnt even come rolled. Mine had no cheese and was smaller than my hand. Sonic do better. Yall have gone down hill so much. Customer service was actually awful. No one was nice or had a smile on their face. Didnt even say a word when she came to my window beside here have a good day. This is the last time ill be to this location for a while

And we hate to complain but it was an allergy so we went back through and I just wanted to mention the man who made are order again and brought it to us I didn’t get his name it was 8:20 am but he was a delight very understanding and kind good job
