First time ever that I have eaten Sonic. Their cheeseburger was wonderful, the hot dog was tasty, the fries were yummy, and the milkshakes were amazing. Lovely server, couldn't have been nicer. Recommend Sonic!

Every time I go there, I think it'll be the last, the person taking my order sounds like she rather be anywhere else, my fries were cold the drink tasted like carbonated water never changes. Lesson learned. This place should shut down. SORRY from start to finish.

I left a 1 star review last time because I ordered and paid online then came and waited for a half hour or so and no one was there. I called again the next day and someone finally answered the phone and told me that the other manager did not show up the day before so that's why that happened. They told me to come back and they fixed my order that I'd already paid for so I changed my review. It would've been nice if they'd offered me a discount or a free drink or something for wasting my time and gas but at least I got the food that I paid for.

Just to let managers know. Tell me why your workers took last order at 1125 and not before yall closed. I get it closing early i worked many of food jobs. But you can't deny service that early.
pulled up way before they closed only wanting a water with lemon… made me wait multiple minutes and then proceeded to tell me they were closed while there were other people getting food and before they actually closed… girl had an attitude… don’t recommend… awful service.

The worst place in East ridge to get fast food . I told them not to put things on the hamburger because the kids where Alger and they still did any way. I never seen the like pay $ 40 and you call and can't even get a person to answer the dam please? My order number was 10134 they missed up so I going to write on this review every day from now on to warn everyone about this place.i tired of paying good money and can't even get what you ask for this is 2 and the last time we go Thier so we see if I can't cause them so money maybe then Thier start pay attention to whats some one tell them in plane English

This is by far the absolute worst Sonic and that is an accomplishment because Sonic is the worst fast food chain in the world. I don’t know how it’s humanly possible to make a cherry limeade wrong and make it taste like bath water but they have successfully done it. It’s also amazing when I’m the only car in line for 1 drink and it takes 20 minutes to make it without cherries or limes. The food is also very disgusting. I would rather get the flu and food poisoning than to ever order anything from this place again.
