I ordered an oatmilk latte. They decided to not give me an oatmilk latte and my lactose intolerance made me pay for it. This has happened twice at this location. Conveniently located but not worth the diarrhea they have given me on more than one occasion.

This Starbucks is good, just not excellent. They often run out of food, and they sometimes close the lobby if they don’t have enough workers inside. So it can be sort of a pain, especially if you go there frequently. The WiFi isn’t that good either. But the workers are very kind and friendly, and the place is mostly clean and comfortable. I would recommend, just not during the busiest times of the day or week.

I went out of my way to try. A new drink and the manager wouldn’t honor the app code what clearly says 14/15 of April. Drinks are $3.00 So I left didn’t purchase anything as I’d planned very frustrating

Horrible experience. Waiting on a call back from district manager after calling corporate, not sure if they will even relay the message. But I will keep trying until I get to share how awful I was treated by KB-(pink hair heavy set lady) I have date and time of visit and hope that you can review footage from drive thru window!

This is my go to store - the food and drinks are always top notch and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Hunter and the other Baristas at this location are the reason I always choose this location over other ones in the area !

Waited almost 20 minutes for a cake pop and never got it tried to get a worker but everyone was so busy and saw a worker talk shit about a customer in front of me
