The team members need some customer service training. I left there feeling like I did something wrong for trying to get my order correct.I ordered a Venti on the app. I was handed a medium (grande) at the window. I politely said I ordered a large and was told “you may have just pressed the wrong button.. it says it on the label” after pulling away I realized it said Venti on the cup… I went inside and was trying to explain to the lady at the counter about what I ordered and she just grabs my cup and says “ok I’ll make you another one” and I said it says it on the cup and she cut me off and said “I’m making you another one..” I usually don’t make a big deal about an order but when you pay for a $7 drink you want to get wheat you pay for. ??‍♀️ I don’t think it was handled professionally and I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

Placed a mobile order and went inside to get it because it said it was ready. That was a lie. It took 14 minutes after the finish time to actually be done. The lady was super nice and apologetic about the wait but they could have kept it in progress rather than marking it as done.

Parking lot layout is a massive accident waiting to happen, I’ve never once gone here and gotten a correctly made drink (I make 0 modifications to my drink, it’s the base recipe), and the food items are always some form of stale or ice cold when you select the warmed option. Either save your money or pick a new location if you value your vehicle, time, or dollars. The price you’re charged here vs the product you receive don’t come close to matching in the slightest.Parking: If they can’t move their drive-thru line, you might as well set up a tent because you’re not getting out of that parking lot until there are no cars. All of the parking near camp jordan is a little rough if you don’t pay attention, but there is no reason for this starbucks to be open with how dangerous the parking is for drivers as well as pedestrians.

There's always an issue with the camp Jordan Starbucks location it makes you think it's ran by teenagers. Today is Friday I logged on to submit my order online so I could just pick up and this is the only location that had their mobile app orders off. I'm going to start ordering from the location in food City or Ringo because this one always have an issue. They have not had almond milk for weeks but all the other locations of Starbucks does have almond milk. I'm not sure how this location is operated but I can see why they are less than 5 stars.

I'm from out of town and visited this location and had a pleasant experience! The barista, Sam, was very friendly and joyful when connecting with me and it made my experience very memorable. Not only did she take the time to get to know me, but she greeted me with a smile and pleasant tone. You can tell that she was very happy to be there. She made the ordering experience smooth, quick and easy. When I received my drink, Sam connected with me again and wished me safe travels back home. I don't know if I will ever come to this Starbucks again, but this experience is exactly what I envision when I think of Starbucks. Her kindness was very much appreciated.

There Coffee and food is Usually Great But Management is Rude and doesent knkw how to follow instruction to make your coffee Good unless u doctor it yourself so the service at this location is Terrible the atmosphere seemed Friendly but Except the manager seemed Like she was in her Feelings that day she is the type that will complain if u Vape Outside on way into store then tell u .. that u cant outside i understand inside but if im outside she can just get over it she watched me like a Hawk and made me feel Uncomfortable while sitting in the store waiting on coffee that Tasted Terrible by the way she watched me to make sure i wasnt vaping in the stord because my pockets were full and i was carrying it in my hand just Because i was using it in my car and on the walk to the front door but she had tge Odasity to come and tell me i cant do it outside so i made sure to do it anyway once i was Outside on way to My Car i will not come back to that Location must have been a bad week for that lady the way she Approached me whule sitting minding my own Buisness ... Alsp Wanted to Mention No One called out and let me know My Iced coffee was done so i waited and Waited then manager complained about my vape all while my Idlced Coffee was already done Melting on the Counter! I could have done been Gone by the time she Felt the Need to come Be a Mean Queen to me .. all part of the Crapy Customer Service!!!
