I’m never one to complain about Taco Bell because it’s Taco Bell. But I can’t get over that every time I order from this location, it is wrong every single time and is ice cold every time. It’s very clear it’s not managed properly

RUDE AF.. Personally, I've never met such rude and trashy people. To top it off, also nasty af. Sneezing near food while tossing fries. Didn't walk away, didn't really "sneeze away" in another direction, didn't go wash their hands before continuing..tbh they never even stopped tossing the fries while sneezing 🤢🤮 The cashier (which apparently doesn't exist anymore) complained about a man she had helped before me, as he was right there, to me... Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers. She walked off while the guy at the kiosk needed help. The bosses are dead set that people aren't allowed to come to cashier anymore and HAVE TO use the kiosks.. it's rude af to know my grandparents when coming will be "forced" to adjust to the new ways. Some older people only get a little bit of human interaction if they don't have kids, etc. I feel even worse for them. I can't imagine them all confused trying to figure it out. As I literally heard the boss say people will HAVE TO deal with it and learn to use just the kiosks because they won't have a cashier anymore. The lady up there is just to show us how to use the kiosks for a time and then there won't be a person assigned up there anymore. Tbh. This whole thing was just completely unprofessional, unsanitary and insane to watch as a customer that just walked in to see it all happen...will not be back..

I waited 20 minutes just to see the cook and drivethru girl play tag and joke around. Then i proceed to get my food and it was completely incorrect. I ordered it on the app so i know they didnt hear me wrong. I paid for al the extras on my burrito and quesadilla and didnt receive them. This is absolutely ridiculous. I need a refund for the stuff i didnt receive. This is just horrible service.

My family and I just got an order at Taco Bell! Anymore their food is crap! My husband ordered 5 soft shell tacos and he said they taste like DOG crap! So he had me taste it! He is absolutely right has absolutely no flavor so bland! It’s so mushy! How the heck can y’all charge such extreme prices for such crap food! When we were kids Taco Bell actually had good flavor, was actually worth the price now it’s gone down hill so bad! In quality it’s so sad ! We used to love Taco Bell but not anymore! It’s truly sad how bad it’s actually gotten ur better off going to the store actually buying the ingredients and making it urself! It will taste better and definitely have more to eat! We are done with Taco Bell!!! Not with the money anymore! So very very sad! I remember when people literally would hang out at Taco Bell and sit eat ! Food was good then now it’s the exact opposite of that!

Absolutely rudest manager I have ever dealt with. Short redhead with a 10-ft tall attitude problem. Can't even own the fact that SHE MADE THE MISTAKE. I will be calling corporate.

Ordered food through the app and they read off everything correctly at the drive thru, but several items were missing. They made those while I waited at the window. I had several different box combos for different people and they looked fine at a glance but when I got home and opened them none of them were the correct thing that was ordered, looked like they just threw random stuff in the boxes.

Unbelievable,This place is awful. manager was so rude about remaking my food that wrong yelled at me when I checked the meal again , because my tacos were crushed when she gave them to me. She even threatened to call the cops. I’m guessing out of anger she crushed them and said that’s what a Cantino taco is. Terrible way to treat people. But upper management sure was nice to for that I give up to tacobell other stores in sourouding areas !
