First visit to Taco Bell in a long time. Computer ordering can be overwhelming. Introducing: Phyllis an absolutely great employee who saw my struggle and I was about to leave. She called me over have me a 2 minute crash courses. You are fortunate to have an employee like Phyllis.

Guess I'm just getting old. I don't usually eat fast food but this new order your own food system isn't for me. If I wanted to be an order taker at a fast food place that's the job I would have applied for 40+ years ago. The leak dripping from the ceiling just added to the ambience.

After being without power for 12 hours everything spoiled and I had just had surgery so I ordered Taco Bell thru door dash to pick up and I had on my pjs. Anytime I have ever ordered for myself on door dash to pick up I have always went thru the drive thru. So I get to Taco Bell and go thru the drive thru and and they said the policy is I have to go inside. I said I just have surgery and I’m in my pjs and can they make an exception this one time. Kept waiting for a response and another lady got on there and told me to come in. So I go in there and get the food and was fixing the drink and I hear them all talking about me cause they thought I had left. So I ask to speak to a manager cause this is going on in front of customers. He had to literally go into the back and get her so she wasn’t even out there supervising this. After speaking with her she said well your gonna be delivering it in ur pjs. So that just proved she didn’t care or listened to anything I said. I said again this is my order I ordered it and she was like well it doesn’t have your name on it and it’s because it had my husbands name on it. I have never in my life seen such behavior from a manager either. And I called this morning and they refused to give my the district managers phone number. And they said there not aloud to give it out. A district manager is who your supposed to be able to contact if your issue wasn’t resolved. I will be contacting Taco Bell and filing a complaint about this franchise.

I went there for lunch today 8/14/25. It was the worst food I have ever had i go to this Taco Bell all the time I had the Thing with the 2 chulupas and that awful rice mush. the 2 chulups were so hard I couldn't eat them. it will be a while before I go back.
I eat at this Taco Bell regularly. My order is usually received quickly, and the food is fresh and hot. The employees I’ve interacted with have been efficient, friendly, and helpful.

If I could give zero I would . This Taco Bell location is terrible . Unsanitary, slow service , food not fresh , and not to mention they have no good customer service skills. Very rude individuals work here . Most of these bad reviews are recent and very true.
They’re forgot to give me my quesadilla but when I went around again to get it they gave me two coupons for a free taco. I love you Taco Bell. You treat me right.

The rudeness I witnessed directed at other customers, the extreme unprofessionalism, the 40 minute wait for a very small order---& they got my order wrong---is enough to tell me that the management is definitely lacking at this particular establishment. We watched a few customers come back inside because their orders were wrong, not to mention the poor gentleman who ordered before we did, but they still didn't have his order ready before we left. I absolutely do not recommend visiting this store.

Went there three times this week and never got to order anything because the drive-through is so slow if there is three cars in front of you it’s a 30 minute minimum wait

$50 on a uber eat order and no sauce of anything. Does anyone there actually eat your food. A handful of mild at minimum. Embarrassing.
Amigos in on ringold gives you a large cup of sauce by default per order. Can be used for your meals or chips. Better off going to Amigos
