I don’t enjoy having to learn how to operate the machines. Very inconvenient. It’s the only restaurant I know of that take the convenience away and just leave you in a bad mood with each and every visit inside this establishment.

This is one of the busiest Taco Bell in town, but mostly in the drive thru. Their menu has changed so much, over the years. I miss the classic chilli cheese burrito a.k.a. " the chillito " and for the love of all that is decent in this world bring back the nacho fries you can keep the chips and cheese! Stop here every chance you get! Very clean! Bathrooms are in good shape, one of the last " public " bathroom in town. Fast service and a friendly smile! Thanks East Ridge Taco Bell!

Horrible experience there and may never go back. Staff forces you to use the kiosk though the extras I wanted couldn't easily be ordered from the kiosk. Customer in front of me took 25 minutes to order and the kiosk storm trooper suggested I go to the drive through which took an extra 30 minutes. Almost 1 hour for 2 bean burritos with lettuce and tomato. Not worth the trip and definitely not worth the loss of time.

All the staff was high out of their minds. Half of me and my family's food was not served or wrong. The manager was so rude to my father that asked for his money back because the staff ignored the fact we asked 3 times to make the food they messed up make our food and was ignoring my father. The manager did not even say anything to the staff but was upset at my father. WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!. 45 dollars at Taco Bell for that kind of service?! They did not even apologize!!??

Ordered thru a computer. It's just not my thing. I prefer human interaction. I also prefer the burrito size from the past. The Supreme Burrito now comes in a snack size.

We had been driving for 10 hours and were getting hungry. We wanted something quick so we could get to bed since we were exhausted. We opted for Taco Bell since it’s fast food, but this location was the exact opposite of fast. We waited a half hour for our order to be complete.Once complete, they forgot Cinnamon Twists, our drinks, and Fiesta Potatoes. They also made all of our food wrong! I have never been to a Taco Bell where all our food was made incorrectly. So not only did we have to wait a half hour to get our food, we had to wait even longer.To top it off, when we went to leave, the dining room door was locked, which is a fire hazard to lock patrons inside.

I will never enter this Taco Bell again.I will not be a customer in the drive thru either.My friend had 30 minutes for a break from her job. We spent 5 minutes en route to Taco Bell. We walked in & the cashier immediately pointed us to the kiosk. I told her I didn't want to use the kiosk. She said it was her job to direct me to the kiosk. I again stated. That I didn't want to use the kiosk. She again suggested the kiosk. I told her that we were pressed for time. She insisted that corporate asks that all customers use the kiosk or I should use drive thru. By that time I decided to use the kiosk so that my friend & I could order & eat so she wouldn't be late getting back. We did not have enough time to go to another restaurant for her break. I had cash so the cashier had to do her register anyway. As we were waiting I loudly told my friend that I had already completed my paying job & that I shouldn't have to go into a restaurant just to do what the cashier is paid to do..... RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! Not cool Taco Bell!!!!
