This Top Golf location was awful! They were so rude and horrible to us! Neil was aggressive to a woman and made us feel absolutely uncomfortable and seemed to have it out for us as soon as we walked in the door! Don’t waste your time here. Go to another location!

I like the fact that you as an adult need to go to the front desk and request a wrist band for alcohol. BUT , once you got it, you still have to show your id at the bays if you are drinking there. So what is the point of having your wrist band!!???? Then, you cannot order all together and at the same time a beer pitcher and two margaritas ? If you are 3 people? Not until you are done with your drinks. Seriously?you are telling me the beer lover person cannot drink the pitcher instead ordering 3 beers, one after another ? When they take forever to bring your drinks? Ugh this is ridiculous . Who did create these rules!?

This was not like the other Top Golf locations I have been to. It's a cozy single level location which wouldn't be bad but the wait times are unbelievably harsh.

It says walk-ins welcome but they are telling people that there is a 6+ hour wait. We arrived at 11:30 and were told nothing was available until 7 pm. So with no choice we book for that time. Got back hoping there was some improvement. Was told no and we could wait the next hour at the bar.

Sure, I'll watch the game...or so I thought! Great drinks but how do you have televisions with black lines in them? Come-on. While this place still gives a good time, it's definitely in need of some serious upgrades.

Don't go when it is cold. The bays have heaters overhead but they are too high up to be of much use.

Service sucked. Spent ten minutes up front and tried to order a beer for myself and food for my wife. I was completely ignored. Not one person cared to give me service. I got to the bay to meet friends and finally talk to a server. Told me to go up front to get an armband though I told her what happened, clearly did not care to address the issue.

I took my daughter and nephew to play for a hr and a half. We had fun. Just ordered Dr. Pepper. Before we were about to leave I was going to take one more swing so I sat my glasses down on the table next to the sodas, took the swing, grabbed the kids and left. By the time I walked outside I noticed I didn’t have my Ray-Bans. I immediately went back to table 114 and everything was cleared. Asked the woman named Isabella, blonde headed, that was over our table and said she didn’t see anything. She happens to be over the lost and found. I hate to accuse anyone of anything but this is obvious. I called corporate, sent me to this location, guess who answers. I can’t get them to point me to a manager or review camera footage. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Obvious….Extremely poor response. As I have mentioned, I have already reached out. If you were wanting to do the right thing, you would mention something reviewing the cameras. Instead, I get a default response.

Everything from the staff to the food and layout, the colors, the energy, the service, everything even the take home boxes, it is all primo

Ordered the smokehouse burger and about half way through it realized it was not the burger I ordered. Since we were outside playing mini golf, really couldn't do much about it. Service was good.

The overall experience was very upsetting. We took in cupcakes and were told we could not bring in outside food. That was not an issue, my husband turn around and took them out to the car, no problem! We were then followed to our bay by an employee and security where they thought we had cupcakes in my purse. Not happy at all. Lady at check in desk was very rude. We were also told later they would look into moving us bays… no one ever came back to tell us. They were out of food that we ordered. For an almost $400 experience… it was the absolute worst! Very disappointing

One of the best activities to do in the Chattanooga area! Came here in 2022 and was my first time using real golf clubs after mostly mini golfing. Recently came here in November 2025 with my groomsmen for our bachelor party, the day before my wedding, and we had a blast! Would love to come here again with family or friends!

This place is awful. There are better venues. From the torn dirty fabric on the couches to ripped grips and dented clubs to inaccurate scoring of the game itself to frozen reheated food and terrible beer selection not to mention the waiter we had clearly needs to find another profession (bald headed black beard white guy with glasses). Did not check in on us at all to see if we needed anything after he took our first order. The wristbands they require you to wear especially when they don’t halfway put them on right and the glue is constantly pulling at your arm hair. And the fact the dude was so worried about us wearing a wristband when the white hair and wrinkles don’t give him a hint. Use some common sense and put some money back into the business. Their equipment and seating looks like it been there 20 yrs without any updates or repairs.
