StopBad experience. I thought I was at a drining range not an arcade. Delete my data! I will never ever be back. What you doing to golf is what happened to destroy bowling. Baby games that do not let the golfer to practice their skills. It’s a joke…. Might as well be miniature golf. It is not a driving range and should not be listed as one in Google or Google Maps.

We had a BLAST at Topgolf Chattanooga! The service and food were fantastic also! We went on half price Tuesday, so it was extra affordable. We will definitely return!Kid-friendliness: Topgolf is kid friendly. They have kid sized golf clubs for use and a kids menu. Plus they have kid themed games to play (like Angry Birds) when you're hitting golf balls.

Had a great time celebrating friend’s birthday at Topgolf! Food was good and reasonably priced. The place was clean and had a cute outside seating area. Staff were awesome and so helpful! We got free don’t holes for a friend’s birthday and you can also bring your own store bought cake. Bathroom was clean and warm during winter. Took one star off cause the scoring system is wonky. Unlike other topgolf where you get a point where the ball gets into the colored circle holes, here the ball just needs to touch the circle on flat surface.

Great setup and very clean top golf, had a bad experience with management and service but the store manager did reach out and look into the situation which is appreciated.
Absolutely beautiful location. However the service was horrible. We sat for 15 minutes before we were even greeted. The “manager” in the red shirt ignored us so did our server. We played two games before they even got our drink order. The servers were too busy focusing on golfing and had their own bay and did not pay any attention to their tables. Of course he apologized and said he got double sat however clearly that was a lie. Manager was useless as well. French fries were nice and crispy though and the ranch was good.

I booked an office party here. I took a very diverse group of people. Only one was a golfer. I booked for 3 hours because I believed no one would stay that long. Boy was I wrong! I think they would have stayed another hour or even two! The food was great! Everyone had so much fun! It was worth every penny, and literally everyone had fun! Thanks for a great night Top Golf!

Update Jan 22nd 2024....we found out they have no refunds for any clothing you buy in that makeshift pro shop...So we will just take the the 200 dollars plus we spent and give the clothing that doesnt fit to the GOOD WILL...Only exchange..well ok we want it made into a guft card is that not an exchange...oh no none of that sorry...This is going to be the last time we go to Top Golf its a total rip off..Like what business treats customers like this...totally bad business sense. now back to prior visit in Summer 2023....Great experience this location but only after we got a terrible reception from the tall blonde women working front desk ( don't know her name ) in her mid to late 40s..Thursday 1230pm Feb 16th.... she was rather miserable with that smug stare at us when we first approached her and her demeanor, communication and expressions were less than desirable towards us your customer . Not sure if she really wants to work there to be honest.
