Normally this one’s pretty good but I came in to get my normal Togo order and she tried charging me $10 extra, I’ve been getting this sandwich my entire life it’s $9.75 after the Togo fee she tried to charge me $18 😂😂 i tried to get her to fix it but you can’t fix stupid so I just walked out and went to the one down the road and got my normal priced sandwich

I understand the Waffle House reputation and expect a certain amount of that when I choose to go there. I ate there last night at approximately 8:30 and it was absolutely ridiculous. Our waitress was sweet and was trying to handle things with no help from anyone else she said she had been working since 6:30 am. The male waiter that was supposed to be helping appeared to be on something and going in and out of the back door. Two other female employees one seemed to be dressed like a manager and who appeared to be on the clock but they did not wait on any tables in the approx hour and a half that we were there they were participating in a birthday party outside the back door where a waitress I recognize from there was not working and going in and out the back door filling up drinks, she had 2 kids running in and out being loud . It was a total fiasco and we felt really bad for the poor girl and the cook who were left to do it all. Again I know the Waffle House reputation, but do better. The only reason I ranked the service a 3 is because the poor girl couldn’t possibly take care of everyone.

During my travels periodically I have a very early breakfast at Waffle House..Some are not so good but the East Ridge site is good..The staff are efficient and work well together..A rare 5 star rating..deserved.

We waited for a short time for seats but it wasn't long we waited. They were very busy and also filling to go orders so even with all that, we got seats relatively quick. The food was delicious and the employees were working hard and very focused with their jobs! A female employees shirt rode up a little and another employee came over and discreetly pulled her shirt back down. They have respect for each other and work together like a well oiled machine. We told our waitress they work great together and her response was, We are like a family. Very genuine people and as a visitor from Louisiana, it was a great start to our day of vacationing. They radiated positivity and that was a great boost for our trip.

I've been to dozens of Waffle Houses across the country and this one is a fine tuned machine.
I came on a Saturday around 10:30 am. The restaurant was full, but no wait. We got the last table. It quickly filled up, we placed our order and I sat back, drinking my coffee watching this amazing team overcome being suddenly slammed.
Not only were they slammed, my coffee cup never got less than half full. Our food came out fast and as usual, it was delicious. This is top notch service and this team should be rewarded.

This team is amazing. Brought my 4 youngest kids in here yesterday to eat. Whole team chatted and laughed with them, made the whole trip so much fun. Food was greasy as all get out and absolutely delicious. They were singing to the kids too.... IHOP could never.
