I am never disappointed in the service at this store and the Pharmacy is always nice and helpful and the pharmacist has always told me everything I needed to know about my medication

The manager at this location, at least I think he's the manager, is the only reason there's even one star. Majority of cashiers are rude, short, curt and could use facial expression adjustments!

This Walmart is janky as hell. They could care less about delivering good customer service. Their communication is horrible. DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people are not that bright.

Let's face it, you can't expect much from Walmart. But on big holidays when you know people are mad-dashing for the every last corn chip and frozen chicken, can you at LEAST open a few more checkout lines? The lines there are ridiculous in any ordinary day because no one works the checkout and they're relying on elderly, and others who can barely use tech to check themselves out. Add to that busy holidays. You will NEVER LEAVE this insane, long-line hell.

Friendly employees but a lot of items are out of stock. Don't count on getting what you're looking for.

OK this is Wal-Mart and I expect little or nothing other than good prices on stuff, not enough cashiers and self service checkout that requires me to do their work. BTW I stopped using Self checkouts for two reasons; it takes an employee job and the associated taxes the person would pay. I will say they never seem to have enough cashiers and forces people to self service checkout quite a bit. Now fast forward to Thanksgiving day and like almost everyone else, I did not have everything I needed for dinner. The place is crowded and as I am wandering around not finding what I need, I see "Arron" with a store badge pushing a cart with stuff he had bought to head home for the day. He was off work and heading home. I asked him where I could get a cheap tablecloth so my family would not think I was single and had no life. I could show them I know how to prepare for a family dinner. He literally stopped his trek to the check out to walk me around to find a table cloth. I insisted I could find it on my own but no, he wanted to help me and this guy was great. He took the time to literally walk me to where my items I needed were located. He was friendly and very helpful. We chatted and he had nothing but good things to say about his job and Wal-Mart. I was impressed and I would like to again thank him for his "customer service", which was above and beyond. As a side note I found everyone who worked there helpful and pleasant. It gets a 5 from me.

Overall, I'm okay with this particular Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market... But seriously, Mr. Venable, it makes no sense for a customer to 1) be forced to use the self-check out lane because no other lines were open and 2) wait in the line (3-4 minutes) only to learn that said line only accepted credit cards (no cash). It would have been in the interest of the customer to 1) open a lane with a clerk and 2) ensure that lanes that accept only specific forms of payment are made known to the customer prior to reaching the self check-out kiosk. Please for the sake of customer service review this and make the necessary changes to benefit your customers.

I hate that I'm giving this a good review. I am against big Walmart but dang it, this store is nice. Has everything you need in a more compact space and it's clean and workers are friendly. I'm doing this review under duress. I know, I know. I'm horrible.

Very rough produce. mold all over Butternut squash, old kiwi, old bell peppers. And at almost 4pm? that is a joke. Won't be shopping at that store.
