I was in the hotel cross street and I went to this place walking and see if I can order some food and unfortunately they closed and I tried to order by the window (drive thru) because I won't get the trailer and truck for only pass through the drive thru and the guys unprofessional closed me the window in my face and treats me as a homeless and derogatory I tried with a different person and I got the same situation. The whole crew got the worse costumer service at all. You could be nice and learn how to say NOT in a decent way.

Just went through the drive thru and as soon as the employee opened the window the smell of marijuana bombard from the inside of the restaurant into our vehicle. That’s not what I ordered at all. Not Cool at all Wendy’s I don’t believe Mr Dave Thomas would approve

Closed 5 minutes before and locked doors, walked over from hotel to get dinner. Would not open and serve me a retired combat disable veteran.

Update: I walked down to Chick-fil-A they had great food and treat their customers with positivity and mindfulness.

A few weeks ago we ordered a double cheeseburgers two of them with fries. The one double cheeseburger we received was just delicious but my husband and I had to split it because although we paid for two we only got one. We were staying at a nearby hotel at the time and did not want to go back and complain. This time we stayed at the same nearby Hotel went back to this Wendy's because the burger was so good last time and ordered two cheeseburgers with fries. They were terrible. The cheeseburgers were cold the cheese wasn't even melted and the french fries were just plain wimpy. Will not be visiting this Wendy's again.

I have eaten at Wendy's for decades. I will however not be eating at any of the locations in East Ridge or for Oglethorpe ever again! The reason being is you cannot beg them to cook the meat for your sandwich when you order it. They have a terrible thing about having you eat something that they already have cooked and even if you ask them to cook it fresh they will still 90% of the time can you one that was not freshly cooked. I guess they think you're so stupid that you won't know the difference. Well I'm tired of it and I'm never going to order anything else from these locations ever again.

10-8-24 about 630 pm.
Ordered my food , got the second window and asked if the food had pickles on it, was told yes and kindly asked if they could remove said pickles. They took the burger back and acted as if they took the pickles off and handed it back to me. Needless to say the pickles are still there and I am allergic. Your job isn’t hard, and is unfathomable that you would waste your energy pretending to do something, rather than doing it. Not everyone asks people to remove condiments just because they don’t like them, keep that in mind. Pooooor service.

This store has some serious issues these employees need training in every aspect sandwiches are awful and you're there waiting so long for whatever they want to give you. Sad but Wendy's is the worst in eastridge. Won't be going back.

I go to this location 3 to 4 times a week. They close at 11pm and by 10pm in the evening the staff could care less about serving customers or getting an order right. Last night I went by just before 10 and was charged for something I didn’t order and the order was incomplete and they just act like they could cate less.

The website claims that they are open until 11:00 p.m. but the lobby closes earlier, and the drive thru is not open for pedestrians or cyclists. The employee who was standing outside smoking yelled that the lobby was closed not once but twice despite the fact that my partner and I were already walking away from the building.

I stop at this location at least 2 or 3 times a week. Always order same thing. This time my sandwich had a funny taste my potatoes where cold an I ordered Coke Zero taste like coke so I called back a they tell me to bring the food back. I’m at work so they want me to hold on to the food all day. Smh ridiculous…..I will not go back to that location
