Why doth thou protest so much? Thine order isn't mine. Treated as less than a patron, my repeated orders go ignored. Where art thou pride in service? Where art thou shame? Where art the rest of my meal, my 2nd Wednesday X Netflix Meal of Misfortune? Where art the mystery ghost pepper puree sauce? Why do thine own employees look to meander about full of their own misfortune? Have we wrought our own misery unbeknownst to us? What insult or injury have we inflicted upon thine own establishment?

Our scryers insist upon journeying to Cumber Land or the Fort of Oglethorpe in the future instead. An inconvenience we, unfortunately, must follow through with.

Got breakfast here this morning around 6:30 and the young lady at the window was very kind but the other lady that was behind her the whole time was rude, giving me a nasty look and throwing her hands up, when the window was open I heard her yelling about the biscuits so im assuming it was because I got 4 of the chicken biscuits. The one at the window was very kind, asked if I needed any ketchup and gave great service so thank you to her but for the other lady she deserves to be fired!

So i go to wendys (different locations) at least 3 to 4 times a week sometimes breakfast sometimes a snack sometimes dinner wendys is the only fast food restaurant I even eat at anymore I used to eat all of them but wendys quality of meat is better and the food is better than competitors.....well in the last 2 days I've stopped at the east ridge location twice I never ever complain never take food back never call the manager none of that im not a complainer (I've worked in the service industry waiting tables many years) well yesterday the girl at the window was as rude as ahe could be she held the bag out the window and said here and then I asked for salt she rolled her eyes and said here ok....I left and though ok rude....well tonight I go again for a late night snack and they had about 3 cars in the drive thru in front of me no problem I get to the window this girl is hollering at everybody in the store goes away from the window hollering about how she cant deal with this she's supposed to leave at 11 well it was 10:26 ok I had a reward code to scan that made her mad ahe scanned it and it went off my app she opens the window I need to scan it again I said well its gone now so she's grabbing her head being extremely dramatic three other workers are standing there just looking another girl comes to the window asks what the coupon was for I tell her she tells the other girl that was originally there and I guess she's entering it in the computer laying her head down on the counter hollering oh my god oh my god I can hear this through the window with the window shut ok so I give her my card again she's hollering come on come on comes back to tell me my card is not reading (literally just used it at the gas station not even 2 min ago and I've never had card read errors before) so I asked do u take tap to pay she says nope not at this register so I give her a different card it reads....Thank God well while she's over here still holding her head in her hands another person brings my food and I tell him wow she needs a different job...... I got no spoon for frosty i got no napkins in my bag and they didnt wven ask did i want a receipt but i dodnt get one of those either. Also this is probably the messiest food ive ever gotten from a wendys.....i didnt compain while i was there i was nice and calm the entire time....ill never cop an attitude with anybody messing with my food im not stupid....I mean I have worked in plenty of restaurants never fast food but none the less I get it but I have never in my life behaved in such a childish unprofessional way idc if you scrub toilets or if you are the presidents right hand man have a little dignity and pride in the work that you do and you can act professional no matter what job you have....hey wendys east ridge yall need a new crew.....but I digress..I will not go back to this location ill drive the extra miles and go to ringgold they dont act like this there al

The evening manager was very unprofessional.He did not care about the customer service.Or the quality of the food I asked for fresher food and he gave me the same food. Very rude for no reason! I had no choice but to call corporate!

Waited in line for 15min. Then left. No one acknowledged that we was even there. All the employees seamed to not like there job. And the food prep area was nasty. One employe took there hoodie off and laid it down on the counter where the food was prepared.

3 out of our group got sick, we all had hamburgers The 4th ate chicken strips. Ordered a frosty did not get it .ate inside.staff was not impressive we had to repeat our order 3x

You can always grab a nice and cold frosty without breaking the bank! The young lady and guy at the register were patient, good at their job!
In a hurry and got kids meal. Quick service. Little sandwich was perfect. French fries fresh!

Went through the drive through. We had quick service. The food was also really good. Wendy’s is a hit or miss. Some are good and some are bad. This one was really good. Thanks to the team that worked on the 4th of July. Working a holiday sucks and you still made a great experience. Thanks.

If you want good hot food come here but if you want to be treated nicely don’t bother. These workers were all rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. It’s understood that the food service industry can be a rough one from day to day but being rude doesn’t change the industry but it sure does change the reputation of a place and the potential business brought in.

Ordered my food yesterday and I didn't get what I paid extra for which was for the asiago cheese cause I saved my sandwiches for lunch the next day I didn't check and I then called the store and then I get attitude from the staff and get question about why I'm opening my sandwiches today instead of yesterday like what the hell

So I've been here many times. On most visits their drive thru workers either didn't speak one word or were short. It left me feeling very angry that these people are even dealing with the public.

I ordered at drive thru and also had mobile order to pick up the worker said I couldn't do both at same time. So after about 20 minute wait to get first order I had to go inside to get mobile order. By the time I got all food drinks were watered down from melted ice and French fries were cold. It's ridiculous to pay over 60 dollars for food that wasn't fit to eat by the time it took to get both orders. Workers were more interested in playing than working and workers uniforms need to fit or try a bigger size
