We get coffee frequently at 7 Brew. We also get free Pup Cup for our doggies frequently. Our two small dogs know when we are near 7 Brew and get very excited.
Dietary restrictions: I have allergies and I can get any coffee with almond milk and my friend has nut allergies and she can get the dairy option. It makes it easy for us to enjoy 7 Brew together.

I ordered a iced peppermint mocha and was the best I have had. Good flavor without peppermint overpowering. I also had tried the strawberry and banana smoothie and was excellent also.

I love this 7 Brew, I think it’s been a wonderful addition to Elizabethton. My only complaint is that it seems if you don’t get a frozen drink, they don’t fill the cups to capacity. I’d love to see more attention and consistency to the drinks. I got a iced 16oz German Chocolate latte with cold foam, and unfortunately it was a little empty and not really cold but I didn’t notice till I drove off. The cold foam was about an inch from the top of lid. Overall a really good coffee place with friendly staff and very swift service.

Be very careful how you say things. They will get taken out of context and then you will get banned from the location. Matthew was a very hostile individual that is supposedly the manager.
