I took my Mom here for a late lunch today and was disgusted by the condition of the restaurant, bathroom, and employees. I placed the order, then went to sit down. There was a very large woman lying across the counter who had at least four kids with her. They were all using the bathroom at once and had to be coerced into getting out. I continued to wait for food and eventually an employee came to ask what we'd ordered (one slider and a fry). I waited some more. I went up to ask if they'd forgotten our order. They said no but had a huge order come in. I got a refund and left. I would like to note that this is the last straw for me at this location. It was filthy, they do not participate in any of the specials any longer, and the employees are like walking dead. I would also note that one of the employees was giving the big family a half price discount on all their food and they were getting food they ordered. My order for a drink, a slider, and a small fry was $8! I walked next door to Little Caesars and got an entire pizza INSTANTLY for less money.

This place sucks. If I could give it zero stars I would. Food was slow and so are all the employees. Their heat lamp wasn't working so the fries/mozzarella sticks and other condiments were getting cold. And I saw someone in the kitchen putting food in the microwave then serving it. My husband and I will NEVER go back. Smh.

None of us even finished our sandwiches they were just bad. 2 of us has the smokehouse brisket the meat looked off n they each had two tiny onion straws like an inch or so long on top. We waited inside for almost 30 minutes for our food or the chicken sandwich more so even tho we were the only ones there. The two smokehouse briskets were cold by time we had our order. The kid was nice but every employee there just looked completely miserable. I just moved out here and first n last time I'll go to this store sadly I usually love Arby's 🙂‍↕️

The food always seems to have issues, sandwiches are prepared half ass, sometimes it’s not warm, and wrapped very poorly. I’m not sure if it’s staffing or management issues, but this Arby’s certainly has some issues with food preparation. I will say that the staff up front is usually very friendly and courteous.

Ok the last couple of times I come there to Arby's the food was good but now it takes forever to get your food now waited for like 20 minutes for our food and that boy waited to drop fries 10 minutes after we orders so he needs to be out the door and this place needs to start doing better cuz half of the people was not doing their job and the cashier was ignoring everybody if I was the manager I would trow them out the door (Fire them) the cashier was names Kristiona R the Reseip says

Went there tonight for the first time in many many years and totally disappointed. I kept seeing the ads for the steak bites and wanted to try them so I got the five piece a medium curly fry, one apple and one cherry turnover. The turnovers were delicious.
But the curly fry was left over and halfway filled, and the steak bites were tiny, chewy charcoal briquettes . I even donated a dollar for their charity, but I’m not sure what I spent $15 on because it wasn’t worth it. I definitely will not be going back. 😞

I went in to our local Arby's here in Elizabethton, Tennessee. I was very impressed with the quality and the overall experience 👌. The manager, Casey was doing a EXCELLENT job being a showing leadership. I am retired and spent almost all my life being in a leadership role and I am happy to see a young person so enthusiastic about her store. Thank you and keep up the great work 👍..Lisa Norris

My sister & I had lunch here today,, and the food was hot & fresh, and the Jamocha shake was great. The lady at the counter was very nice. The dining room was very clean.
