This place has the worst drive through time that I've ever experienced. Every single time I come here I'm asked to pull up and wait on my food and then they take another 15 minutes to bring it out!

What a joke of a $10 dollar sandwich..Big bbq brisket my .ss..I opened this tiny thing up and was the size of a jr cheeseburger from McDonald's.

Disappointed in my pickup order, kids meal missing toy & drink -& although I heard the woman ask the boy if it was in there, to which he said yes… it wasn’t. However, that was resolved with another spin through the drive thru. What I’m mostly upset about was ordering the extra cup of cheddar sauce for my beef n cheddar meal, but then discovering not only is the cup not in the bag, there isn’t even any on the sandwich. Now I’m sad too, thanks Arbys.

Iv been eating at our tri city's Arby's locations for nearly 4 decades and the food is usually constantly good through out, but and it's a big one, the buildings are rotten, and very dirty, un cleanable in my opinion,
