I went in to our local Arby's here in Elizabethton, Tennessee. I was very impressed with the quality and the overall experience 👌. The manager, Casey was doing a EXCELLENT job being a showing leadership. I am retired and spent almost all my life being in a leadership role and I am happy to see a young person so enthusiastic about her store. Thank you and keep up the great work 👍..Lisa Norris

Iv been eating at our tri city's Arby's locations for nearly 4 decades and the food is usually constantly good through out, but and it's a big one, the buildings are rotten, and very dirty, un cleanable in my opinion,

The food at Arby's is always good, but service at this location is lacking, especially in the drive thru. They always forget something. Want a cup of cheese for your curly fries? OK, it's over $1 for a small cup, but the chances of getting it are slim. At least twice I've ordered it, and got home to find it's not there. Also, I don't think this location had done any remodeling since I worked there 35 years ago! It appears old and outdated. Will...
