Iv been eating at our tri city's Arby's locations for nearly 4 decades and the food is usually constantly good through out, but and it's a big one, the buildings are rotten, and very dirty, un cleanable in my opinion,

The food at Arby's is always good, but service at this location is lacking, especially in the drive thru. They always forget something. Want a cup of cheese for your curly fries? OK, it's over $1 for a small cup, but the chances of getting it are slim. At least twice I've ordered it, and got home to find it's not there. Also, I don't think this location had done any remodeling since I worked there 35 years ago! It appears old and outdated. Will...

The Elizabethton Tn store. Food was alright. But they need to clean the bathroom, it was nasty. If i had saw that before I eat i would have walked back out. They didn't have any customers when we went in. They were just standing around could have used that time to clean.
