I'm giving this a one-star review due to the fact that I show up at 9:00 p.m. keep in mind they don't close till 10:00 p.m. and I understand people are trying to go home I travel for work for a living and to sit at the drive-thru window to witness the guy cleaning floors to stop what he's doing with the water hose to grab the food from the freezer with the same nasty hands that had the water hose to grab the food to drop it in the fryer now do you think he's going to wash his hands when that food comes up out of the fryer before he touches that food to serve it because I don't... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

I got a chicken biscuit the other day and it was flat dry and tasted like it came out out of a box of frozen chicken breast. I thought it was a fluke cause Bojangles has always been excellent especially with the chicken. Today, my wife and I both got chicken clubs and the chicken itself was less than a quarter inch thick and it was the same kind Of Patty that I got previously. I guess they’re trying to save money. Here’s my suggestion don’t cut on quality raise the price a little bit. Until I read reviews saying that Bojangles chicken biscuits and Are back I will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible. Never coming back. They forgot my green beans. The chicken tenders were way overcooked (dry and hard). The amount of gravy they gave us was a joke. Poor management and poor training. They just don't care. Going elsewhere.
My daughter and I have been to the Elizabethton location twice in 2 days…we love Bojangles but this location is exceptional! Always friendly and helpful staff! Food is prepared fresh, hot and delicious. I had a problem with the app but the manager went above and beyond to help me. I had given up on fast food until I visited this Bojangles! And as always, my favorite biscuits in town.

I ordered in the drive thru. Once getting to the drive thru window I handed the cashier a $100 bill. She preceded to tell me that she could not take a $100 bill that she didn't have change for it in her drawer. I asked for a manager and she told me that she didn't have anything in the safe to break my hundred and was very rude, never once apologized or anything jus I don't have it I can't break that. I will not being back to this location!
