Used app to order the 9.99 meal deal for two but couldn't change the drink from coffee to anything else and they won't do it for you at the restaurant either. I think they should add that option because not everyone drinks coffee

Order was not complete on take our. Order 3 whoppers. Got home and the Dragon burger was not in the order. I should have checked the order before leaving. This is twice they have screwed up my order. I won't be going back

My husband and I placed a mobile order for pick-up about an hour ago now. We ordered two whopper meals, and a Hershey pie. We got the food super quick, but didn’t think to check the bag before we went home (we really shouldn’t have to). When we got home, we noticed the pie was missing so my husband went back to get it. I’m not sure the guy’s name, but whoever was working the dining area was a complete jerk. Told my husband it was his fault, called him a “dasher”, etc. Not every online order is for DoorDash, and you don’t have to be hateful because YOU made a mistake. Let’s also add how the fries were half full, too which we didn’t even complain about because the food was good. We just wanted what we rightfully paid for.
Also, even though my husband isn’t working for DoorDash, no matter what you don’t treat other people the way he was tonight. Super inconsiderate and rude.

If I could leave a zero…. I’d definitely do it. The #6 sandwich was disgusting. I ordered a #9 for my son and his drink was less than a 1/3 of the way filled. Both of the fry boxes were less than half full and one of them had about 10 fries in it

My last visit here was a dive in experience, and it was wonderful. They were busy, and the front count staff handled it with patience, positive attitudes, and fast service. They even went above and beyond by helping me and another customer to the tables. The food was fresh, hot, put together well, and tasted good. When I order a meal and can't have something due to a reaction and Substitute. It with a meat you should not have to be charged extra on it .
