The staff is amazing and make me feel special every time. Hailey is terrific. Always busy. Always smiling. Adam too. I left my wallet behind and the came running outside to find me. Hailey goes out of her way to brew fresh coffee for me! My favorite night spot.

The man, Adam, who took my order on 12/11/2025 at 6:33 pm was beyond rude. He rung my order up wrong and got mad when I had told him it was wrong he gave me a refund for what was wrong and then he forgot my drink I waited for him to calm down a bit but when my friend went up to let him know about my drink he looked at her many times and rolled his eyes each time he glanced at her. This is not the first issue we have had with Adam as each time we come here and he is working there is always a problem with him. Whitney on the other hand has always had to go and clean up after him and has always been so kind to help us and don’t get all hatful with us. The company would do so much better without Adam and his hateful attitude.

I haven't eaten Burger King in a long time but I could get $1,000 points on fetch if I went there twice so I did. I got a Whopper meal with onion rings. It was so disappointing. The hamburger is just blah The onion rings weren't cooked all the way. And I had memories of why I hadn't been there it's just not that great. But I'm glad I earned the points I probably won't eat here ever again

The burgers tasted like crap, there was no flame taste at all. The so called chicken frys were gross and the coke was flat. This was not a one time occurrence either. I will or we will not be back.

Used app to order the 9.99 meal deal for two but couldn't change the drink from coffee to anything else and they won't do it for you at the restaurant either. I think they should add that option because not everyone drinks coffee

Order was not complete on take our. Order 3 whoppers. Got home and the Dragon burger was not in the order. I should have checked the order before leaving. This is twice they have screwed up my order. I won't be going back

My husband and I placed a mobile order for pick-up about an hour ago now. We ordered two whopper meals, and a Hershey pie. We got the food super quick, but didn’t think to check the bag before we went home (we really shouldn’t have to). When we got home, we noticed the pie was missing so my husband went back to get it. I’m not sure the guy’s name, but whoever was working the dining area was a complete jerk. Told my husband it was his fault, called him a “dasher”, etc. Not every online order is for DoorDash, and you don’t have to be hateful because YOU made a mistake. Let’s also add how the fries were half full, too which we didn’t even complain about because the food was good. We just wanted what we rightfully paid for.
Also, even though my husband isn’t working for DoorDash, no matter what you don’t treat other people the way he was tonight. Super inconsiderate and rude.
