We got a duo for $10 plus 8 piece cheese sticks. Let me tell you about them cheese sticks. Well the first one was kinda ok. Then the next two was so gross ? I had to spit them out. They were flat on one part and round on the other side. The flat part was the nastiest looking and tasting inside of cheese sticks I had ever seen or tried to eat. It had changed color. I called not once, but two times to get someone to pick up the phone. I told the lady that I had just come thru the drive thru and the cheese sticks were no good. She said I would have to come back to get my order fixed. No thank you, I told her I didn't want no more cheese sticks, Not from there. I just wanted to inform them not to sell anymore cause they are bad, no good. She said like they are old maybe. Yes maybe like they are old, done turned bad, sicking bad. A waste of time and money to get what, sick? As much as it is to eat anywhere even drive thru. Come on stop taking the chance of making someone real real sick. Burger King in Elizabethton has more problems than any other Burger King around here. A few days before this happened we tried to get Burger King and they had a sign up saying no whoppers or whopper Jr's. They said sorry we have no meat except chicken . So we went to Dairy Queen for chicken. I believe some of their equipment may have messed up that night, but it was how she said it. About we have no meat except chicken. She didn't say why either. I will say Johnson City's Burger King is next and isn't up to par either. Johnson City's Burger King will mess up your order all the time. Sell you something they are out of, and they tell you at the 2nd window they are out of it after you have paid for it. Acting like you did something wrong for ordering something they are out of. Or they stop selling something, but haven't taken it off the menu. How was I to know if the employee didn't even know that was out when they sold it to me. You have to go to Jonesborough to get good Burger King food.

Was there Thursday November 12 at 3:50 pm bought a whopper meal the employee back in the grill area named Kay messed the whopper up had to go inside twice to get it right the second time I went in there to get it fix the lady Kay bluntly out loud with a manager next to her and three people in the lobby said I'm not making it i will SPIT on it the whole store heard it it wasn't under her breath it was out loud I then asked for a refund they refused to give me one don't wast your money who no's what is being done to your food this is a true incident that occurred it's under investigation there's witnesses and video of it this is just an update the harassment is still it's been nearly three years don't waste your money in they only have about four good employees that work there they will harass you and spit on your food and won't do nothing about it corporate needs to put a stop to it but now you got to go online a make a complaint I don't waste your money they don't care about you there on the verge of being out of business I have them on hate crimes and harassment I get every message from an employee that works there that tells me all the stuff that they're saying they need to leave me alone

Ordered a triple whopper meal plain, got a regular single whopper. Called them & they said I can just pick one up later that day. Ok.Get there & they act like they can't figure out who I spoke to. But they give me a triple whopper for a replacement. Get home & it has EVERYTHING on it.I didn't even bother going back. For what? They will just mess it up again.I think I can live without burger king & this nonesense.
Horrible experience I had a code for my reward of a free cheese burger that's worth 250 crowns and the offer for 2 original chicken sandwiches (same code. Your able to do one reward and one offer on the code.) But after it scanned the cashier ruined the order,manager said I had to pay out of pocket if I wanted the order, and the order history didn't go through because of them not making my order but I lost 250 crowns and can't get my reward

The people who work here are rude and lazy. I have come to detest BK over the last year as I’ve progressively watched their customer service plummet into the toilet. The last 3 orders I’ve put in for this location have not been ready when I came to pick them up, and then when they FINALLY did make them the “lady” at the counter just tossed the bag at me. I just went through the drive through where I was served cold fries and a bad attitude from the “lady” at the window. Now they want to charge $.30 each for a dipping sauce for your fries. Seriously, piss all the way off BK. You’ve lost a customer permanently now.
