Gabriel the cashier is friendly but had to ring up customers and prep the to go cubbies (grubhub DoorDash) other employees wouldn’t help hand out the food at 5:30
We watched several employees walk by our bag of food and we had to wait for Gabe to finish ringing up the rest of customers to get us our food. You think someone would help at rush hour. The food was good but I’ve been to better run chick fil As

Have never been disappointed in Chick-fil-A until I done a online order. I went to pick up and sat for 25 mins. Had to get out of my car and go in only to find out it kick my order out of the system. Then had to wait another 20 mins for them to bring it out to my car.

Went through the drive thru and ordered grilled nuggets. They usually are very moist. These were extremely dried out and chewy.

I cannot for the life of me understand people's obsession with this fast food restaurant. I don't eat Chick-fil-A, but this is what my daughter and her family wanted for dinner after her recent surgery. Just the process of getting to the order line is convoluted and then there are several young people standing with tablets to take your order. The person in front of me must have known the order taker because they were having a conversation that wasn't about a chicken sandwich. The order taker was standing before the menu board, so if I hadn't already known what to order, I would have had to pull up past her. She was very pleasant and efficient at taking my order. Then is got really messy because the two order land then merge and I guess because orders can be out of sequence due to this process, they take your name when you order. I was sitting in the pick up lane and this young employee is walking up to all of the cars with a milkshake in her hand asking if any of us were Brittany - she did this with 4 different cars including me. By the time I got to the open door - no drive up window for Chick-fil-A - I had been asked my name 4 different times. By this time I had been sitting in line probably 7 or 8 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of me. Another yound employee bring my drinks out and starts to hand them to me without a drink tray, so when I asked for the tray, she had to take my drinks back inside and put them in a tray. Then a minute or so later, another different employee comes out with 2 bags and asks me for my name and then hands me my food. I do have to say that every employee I encountered was pleasant and fresh-faced, but the entire process of ordering and getting my food into my vehicle was horrific. Oh, btw, the ice in the drinks had melted and the waffle fries were cold (I snuck one out of the bag on my way to my daughter's house). I don't know about the soup and sandwiches.

This place stinks! It's something of an anomaly for chick fil a. Every time I go, I'm disappointed. I'll wait a few months then give it another chance but it's always bad. The staff are nice but the food is terrible. The chicken is always dried out, overcooked, and cold. It's never fresh or delicious, like every other chick fil a in existence. I think i've finally learned my lesson. And for all, I know, the same guy owns all the locations in this area, but do yourself a favor and drive to one in johnson city so you are not wasting your money on a Mcdonalds quality meal.

Great food of course. But this Chick-fil-A used to have so-so service... But my last few times I can tell they just execute service better and at a higher standard... Keep up the good work!
