Great food of course. But this Chick-fil-A used to have so-so service... But my last few times I can tell they just execute service better and at a higher standard... Keep up the good work!

Just what you expect from chic fil a. Consistent good food and service.
I came through for breakfast asked for a BEC and a spicy biscuit. I pay pull to get food and drive off. I live thirty minutes from the location and didn’t have a chance to check if it was right. I open and they have me for two chicken biscuits. I call back and instead of resolving my issue they make me call a thirty party to have my concerns addressed. I’m told they are unable to address those issues in store yet the lady on the phone says it’s at their discretion. I do not appreciate my breakfast being ruined and then being brushed off to receive an email “potentially “ in the next two days. It’s poor customer service and I won’t be returning.

Listen I don’t know what it is about the girl outside with the heart shaped glasses taking orders, not sure of her name but man every time I come through she is just awful, she’s always talking to a co worker until the last second when you pull up, never smiles, and speaks to you as if you’re an inconvenience to her and doesn’t even respond when you say thank you. This is pretty ridiculous and makes me not even want to go when I see her out there

Ordered on the Chick-fil-A app, went through drive- thru to pick up. They was way behind cause you only had 1 person taking orders while the other 2 girls stood there and talked, then after the nice girl took my name we waited in line. Why we waited in line was cause there was 1 guy doing the running. When we got to the door window there was 3 to 4 girls just standing there talking. Hats off to the 2 that was working hard in drive-thru.

The employees at this Chik fil an are some of rudest people I have ever met. I sat in the drive thru for 5 min before the employee even looked at me. They are too busy to be talking to each other to do their job.

So I've come to this chick fil a 2 times now. And 2 times they have given me exactly what I didn't want. I've never had issues at the other 3-4 locations I've been to. I am always genuinely surprised. But I won't go back cause chick fil a set a standard and this location falls short for me. So I will stick with the other locations.
