I get half what my food was post to be in lot more onion rings I only got 5 after I have to came back in talk about my food half was missing an that only gave me very little even know I got a large one I was very disappointed overall

It took about 30 minutes for us to get 2 trays. The couple in front of us got their food, finished and was out the door before ours was on the table. There was one more family behind us and theirs came out around the same time. Order was never called and it honestly wasn't worth the wait. And the portions make the price make sense.

Just wasn't the greatest experience overall. The person who took our order was kind and polite. After that our order took quite a while to come out, and wasn't built quite right. Nothing major, just tomato came on a sandwich when requested to have it without, and they didn't put the correct sauce on either. My chicken sandwich had good flavor, but the chicken was like a hunk of rubber. The milkshake however was delicious. I probably won't make it back, and I should have seen some of this coming when I saw the prices.

I like the chili dogs, especially when the hot dog is slightly overcooked, but sometimes the chili tastes kind of burnt. The coleslaw is amazing. I would get a burger more often if the bottom bun wasn't soggy with grease, that is a deal breaker. The last couple times I ordered fries they were awful. The grilled chicken is usually like an over spiced piece of leather or rubber. The milkshake was awesome. The people are friendly.

It was AWFUL ? FOOD AN SERVICE...we go there as many as three or four times a week(NOT ANYMORE) an it's always burnt or the fries are cold or so hard you could throw them through a window every manager they have had is rude an have the GM ISNT MUCH better Madison was her name she was very rude I have never been treated like that in a restaurant before in my life it sums it up to this if you mess up an 50 dollar order of course anybody would come back an want a rmake they made it out like we where trying to get free food for one it was embarrassing saying we did this often we don't need handouts we ask that you fix what was wrong this cookout is awful at getting an order right JUST GET IT RIGHT DONT EMBARRASS YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT ARE REGULARS LOOKS LIKE YOU GUYS WOULD WANT TO HAVE THAT KIND OF RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD YOU HAVE A BUNCH OF WORKERS WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING.....

Was just in the lobby and heard a "GM" talking down on a customer cause she was not happy with her order...... which this place messes up alot if you ever been here you would know....... either way it goes you have a satisfaction guarantee on your bags and drinks the customer provided you with the reciept for you to stand there and call that customer an obituat offender is a bit extreme honor your guarantee cook out do better and Noone who would ever treat a paying customer that way should have the title of GM I felt so bad for that customer I won't be spending my money here ever again the community needs to step up to these places
