Don't waste your time when there's a papa John's right up the road. They won't get your pizza to you on time...if at all. We've tried to get delivery thought this domino's multiple times and at first the health inspector kept them from being able to run a delivery which is odd in itself. The second time they couldn't deliver it, go to pick it up and then it's magically being delivered so we had to wait on it to come back to pick it up but they refused to just cancel the order and give the money back. They are busy doing something in there but it sure isn't making pizza. One star, do not recommend.

My pizza and chicken wings were not cooked all the way. I had to put both back in the oven . Your going to make people very sick or kill someone doing this . I tried calling but no one answered the phone . I think this place needs a new staff and owner . Its ridiculous. You cant serve raw food

Decent most of the time , except the last 2 or 3 times . Forgetting to make a pizza , when you ask for extra cheese or bbq sauce all 3 pizzas look the same .. but you pay for it !! I ask for extra cheese,, not bread or burnt .pretty much 30 dollars wasted ..

Can I please give a 0 star?? Today January 28th 2024 is my sister in laws baby shower. My boyfriend placed an order online AND called to make sure they were able to have these done before guests arrived. When he showed up he watched them cut and put our order up to be picked up but apparantly the girl working up front cant read and kept saying "Yours isnt ready, those arent yours". So they sat, and he sat since he is way nicer than I am. Not only did she keep saying "well i dont know whos pizzas are whos" - she was just flat out rude. We ordered 5 pizzas today and this will absolutely be OUR LAST! These pizzas were disgusting - probably from sitting there for an hr and who in the world "cut" them??? Hopefully not the clueless girl up front. I had to cut them myself and they fell apart from being so greasy. Way to drop the ball Dominoes....no wonder your pizza was on sale this week - to accomodate the horrible staff! Then offered a brownie and pizzas and some other stuff that we clearly did not receive either ?! Please do better wirh your staff especially the person who is actually interacting with the customer. These reviews are horrible. Its sad Im not the only one who clearly had a horrible experience here ! I knew I should have gotten Little C !!
This is by far the worst excuse for dominoes I've ever had. Normally dominoes is great with an amazing distribution of sauce, cheese and toppings cooked to perfection. What I got was hardly any sauce, the crust wasn't made right, and the pizza wasn't even cut. I had to go to a store and buy a pizza cutter to get the pizza apart without it falling apart. They gave me glorified cheesy bread with pepperoni on it.The crust is extremely doughy with almost none of the garlic seasoning on it that is expected of dominoes and is one of their key features as advertised by their commercials.This is the last time I will ever order dominoes from Elizabethton TN. Absolutely terrible quality.

This is a sad excuse for a pizza. Their hand tossed crust is so paper thin, by the time the grease gets to it it's a floppy mess. We've ordered so many times I can't count, and only a few times has it been good. Both pizzas were horrible and the manager wouldn't even take my call to remedy it. Just don't order from here, any other pizza place is better than this.

I have order from this place on multiple occasions and every time I am waiting on my pizza for over an hour. It ends up being cold and not ready fresh. Recently when I order a chicken bacon ranch pizza I had to wait over an hour, normal, I call and they tell me it shouldn’t be much longer. When it gets here I’m greeted by a random guy with my pizza order, I look in the car and a women in a pizza uniform. Okay whatever I get my pizza and go and get ready to eat it and the toppings are on the cardboard of the box and had to be eaten with a fork. I call, a women answers, I tell them my complaint and she assures me I will get my next pizza free connected to my address. Well I go to call for the free pizza and a man answers telling me that my free pizza has to be linked to a phone number. The women never asked for that just said it’s connected to your address, told him that and he tells me that basically they have to use a number to connect the credits, and I get that. But tell me why there was 2 people in the car delivering my pizza an hour and a half late anyway, and then when I call to complain I’m assured to be compensated but doesn’t has for a number to link it. Then I call and nothing is available for me. It seems like the employees don’t care about complains or take them seriously. They just wanna get you off the phone with words you wanna hear. I would like to ask the employee what they would do if they were to get a pizza all mangled and had to be eaten with a fork. It’s pizza for Christ sake.

The order gets messed up 90 percent if the time and the customer service to handle to situation is absolutely trash. I'm a non controversial person most of the time and the managers hung up on me two separate occasions and it was completely unwarranted. I'm not a Karen or anything...i just wanted the pizza that I paid for...actually they messed up (doughy throughout the majority of the pizza and wrong sauce) the remake but I was hoping to eventually get a decent pizza. They acted like because they were the shift manager they got to be hateful and have no repercussion. I guess they were right but your end game career is Domino's big guy. I'd be mad too, I guess. I would recommend the Johnson City walnut branch. We drive out of the way to go there. The pizza is amazing and the customer service is great too.
