We went in around 430pm very little donuts. Not a very good variety the little guy who waited on us was very sweet and willing to help us find what we wanted. But, however my granddaughter ordered the snack'n bacon and a powdered sugar donut. We paid and waited on the bacon. The little guy must have misunderstood us. Because they brought out a a bacon sandwich. So we had to reorder the Bacon. Finally got the bacon and went to the car. My granddaughter opened her box with the donut and it was a cream filled . So back in to get it straightened out.they also refunded the money where I was charged for the sandwich but instead of just refundingthe overage of the sandwich. They refunded the sandwich money and then turned around and charged for the bacon. Needless to say.im not going back in here. This made the 4th time being here. I've never been able to get what we want.

Avocado toast with bacon is just bread today! I made a mobile order and they didn’t have my dozen doughnuts I ordered and instead asked me which ones. My son had picked what he wanted for his birthday so I didn’t know off the top of my head. Drinks were made ok. This was after ordering last week and having to leave because it took so long and I had an appointment. Do better!!! It isn’t always this bad but consistency would be nice!

Health codes are not followed. Drinks are not made correctly. I was told that's the way it should look. Where was the cinnamon? Two of them on shift now have no idea what they doing, one of them that has no idea may have no idea cause the other one should have showed them cause they manger. Can't stand a Lier. Called she said she was the manger so why is she not teaching the people under her to correctly make drinks. Wants the manger pay without doing the mangers work. She ( the so called manger there now ) said her manger told her to do what wasn't to be done. She the manger said I can't take (ANYTHING) back in window. Then said she had to cause her manger told her to do so, so they can see what's wrong with it (drink). What's going on with the mangers there. Just don't care? It shows. $7. for a drink that didn't have everything it should plus wasn't mixed up correctly. Stop and think before lying. Which is it I CAN'T or only when you feel like it? I would have been more then happy to have poured it out right there instead of spitting in it. Cause I didn't want it after it wasn't made right. I had it out my window for her to get it, when her lies started. I CAN'T - I HAVE TO. She could have poured it out the window as well. Rude. I didn't want the sorry made drink, but don't start lying about everything. Late night crew got it going on with drinks, and how they talk to you. Over all nice, and friendly people on late night around 11 to 12:30 is the best time to go now cause the people on now could care less about you and their job.

I’ve been to this Dunkin several times and it is the slowest of all the Dunkin’s in the area, half the time my order is wrong. I thought it was growing pains from being new but it’s just continued. My other friends complain about it too and we typically go out of our way to go to another Dunkin.

I put in an app order. And I went through the drive-thru you could tell they were very busy. When I picked up my order it was 100% correct and delicious.

My go-to thing is a medium coffee with an egg on a croissant no cheese. Typically I look at my sandwich and immediately have to hand it back and say I'm sorry I don't eat cheese. This is the first Dunkin donuts in a long time that got my order right, the first time. Additionally, the two young men working were so very nice.

The only thing you can count on is them leaving you in the drive thru without taking your order for 10 min on a consistent basis 4 times now. I drive up to the window and the young lady closed and locked the window..infront of us. Walked away. Refused to take our order after she let us stay in the drive thru for 10 min. The workers literally avoid taking your order. When you do get ot its consistently wrong. Honestly tgis plave needs an overhauling. New manager and employees with better attitudes. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks or 7 brew

This past Saturday I got off work around 9:30am and decided to order a coffee on the app and pick it up. The app let me know there was an extended wait time but that was no problem- it was peak morning coffee time for every one in general and I had some errands to run in the area. When I got there, the place was hopping. Drive thru with 10+ cars and the lobby was full. They only had about 3-4 workers. However they were working their tails off. They were taking orders in a timely manner, filling online orders as they could, and working through the drive thru line. They were so cordial and apologetic and really were working so hard. A lady who ordered while I was there had her drink made wrong and they immediately remedied the situation. They eventually saw I had been waiting a while and asked for my name while looking for my ticket. They told me they didn’t even see that order (must have been a glitch in the system) and just asked me what I had ordered. I told them and they made it on the spot. They must have been short staffed (it happens, people call in) but they were really working hard and being so customer-friendly in the process. Great job on the staff all around!!
