This past Saturday I got off work around 9:30am and decided to order a coffee on the app and pick it up. The app let me know there was an extended wait time but that was no problem- it was peak morning coffee time for every one in general and I had some errands to run in the area. When I got there, the place was hopping. Drive thru with 10+ cars and the lobby was full. They only had about 3-4 workers. However they were working their tails off. They were taking orders in a timely manner, filling online orders as they could, and working through the drive thru line. They were so cordial and apologetic and really were working so hard. A lady who ordered while I was there had her drink made wrong and they immediately remedied the situation. They eventually saw I had been waiting a while and asked for my name while looking for my ticket. They told me they didn’t even see that order (must have been a glitch in the system) and just asked me what I had ordered. I told them and they made it on the spot. They must have been short staffed (it happens, people call in) but they were really working hard and being so customer-friendly in the process. Great job on the staff all around!!

We stop by there today around 1:00 to grab 2 coffees and a sandwich. Order the coffee with the s'mores flavoring in it, and found it to be too sweet and not mixed. Ordered another coffee with mocha in it and ask for 3 cream and sugar. It tasted like I was drinking black coffee iced. The sandwich we got was just bacon egg and cheese with no mayonnaise or anything so it tasted very dry. The tots that came with the sandwich tasted like they were fried in plastic. Will not go here again if it's the last restaurant on earth. Worst waste of 13 dollars I have ever used. And I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh.

Stopped at 7:20 a.m. Decaf caramel macchiato was barely hot and taste was bland. Daughter got an iced Vanilla Swirl coffee and it was bland too. Had to ask if they could put another shot of vanilla in, they did. Service was super quick. Those are thr only reasons I have 5 starts on service.
Parking: Some parking in the front and back of the building. Which is in a shopping complex.
First time coming to this Dunkin' Donuts they forgot the cream in my iced coffee they gave it to me and I thought it was sweet tea They forgot the sugar in my sons cappuccino. Service is horrible.

Horrible experience. Donuts were very stale! They REFUSED to give me a pup cup for my dog. The lady talking to me at the window was very rude too? I’ve never had a bad experience with the one in Hampton!

Place has terrible service. Since they have opened months ago I have been thru the drive thru nearly 4 times a week. They never take my order. When I pull up at thr drive thru window they will ignore you. Easily the worse dunkin donuts I have ever been to on the east coast. I raised my concerned to a manager and she walked off ignoring mem..not even taking order. Would not recommend. This location is in serios need or manager help

The Elizabethton Dunkin Donuts is a mess. Being consistent with how drinks are made is obviously not something this store places value in. I’ve tried to get an iced coffee at this location more than 10 times and each time, the drink is never the same. I always order it the same way.
Today, I ordered my iced coffee along with an iced drink for my daughter and a donut. My coffee had 7 cubes of ice in it. They melted super fast.
I asked the girl at the window if they had decided to just stop putting ice in the iced coffees and she said, “Yes.” I thought she was joking, but she never smiled or offered to fix the drink. My iced (well, un-iced) coffee tastes like water. It’s truly disgusting. I would take it back but I’m traveling and have no time to go back and sit in their painfully long line. They’re not exactly quick at this location.
The donut was cold and stale. My daughter’s drink had no sugar in it and tastes terrible. The drink she ordered was supposed to be sweet and is sweet at every other DD location.
The Dunkin Donuts in both locations in Johnson City are usually pretty consistent with how they make their drinks. Someone needs to train management at the Elizabethton location and then train the employees so they know how to make drinks that are up to par with what Dunkin Donuts is known for.

I understand it's hard to find people willing to work these days, but 9 times out of 10, my order is incorrect. I just don't understand why it's so hard to get ONE coffee made correctly. Today was the last straw...i will drive an extra 10 minutes to go to Hampton or Johnson City from now on.
