We ate at Freddy's in Elizabethton, TN today. The manager rudely complained to a member of our party, who he didn't realize was a part of us, about how many of us came in. The place had only two tables with customers when we arrived. We brought in 17 people. All ate and ordered dessert as well. So he received plenty of business from us. Very rude attitude toward our group. Will choose Johnson City Freddy's from now on!

Our food was great as always, we love all of the food + Icecream that freddy’s offers. As we were in line, a male employee felt the need to share with a couple in at the end of our group how we “didnt ask” and that he was “busy” - acting as if us coming to enjoy food as a group at this establishment was unwanted. Completely distasteful and flat out unprofessional for employees to act in such a way. We will never be back. I’d rather spend our hard earned money at another establishment that can handle a small group. I’ve worked in fast food that could handle triple what our group was- and with complete satisfactory customer service. This was embarrassing.

We met at the Elizabethton Freddy’s. There was 10 adults and 3 kids. We came here after just jump for food for my nephews bday. We always go to the Freddy’s in JC with no issues every single year. As we recently moved to Elizabethton we thought we’d give our business to our new Freddy’s. The owner (or possibly manager who thinks he’s more important than he is) said to a couple in our group “can’t believe they would come here without asking me first at my store”. Very rude. There were only 4 other people in the building it wasn’t like they were busy or anything. Johnson city will continue to get my business as in times past. You don’t want business? Maybe don’t become a business owner. I’ve worked in food for YEARS and that’s not how you treat a customer. Plus I came from CFA our slow times are busier than what he was calling “busy”.

Went to the Freddy's in Elizabethton Tennessee because we were introduced to Freddy's restaurants in Florida and always enjoyed their food and we're not disappointed. About the only difference was that the Freddy sauce came in pre-packaged containers instead of the dispensers that they had in Florida. The service Personnel were very friendly and our order came out in a reasonable amount of time

I was a first time customer who is excited about using the freddy's rewards app, I came here one day for dinner and ordered a bacon double cheeseburger combo as well as my free Freddy's double, what I received was 2 Freddy's doubles that were undercooked and tasted like pure grill char, one bite into the sandwich I wound up throwing both away......i thought at least I still have the tots, but no those also go to the trash, oversaturated in grease, I work in foodservice myself and this only happens when fries and or tots are dropped into the fryer before it reaches set temp which ruins the quality of the food.....anyway I will NOT be returning....hands down the worst food experience I've ever had in elizabethton!

I eat at Freddy's in Morristown all the time and ate here today. We were very disappointed in our food. The fries were very hard and burgers just wasn't what they usually are. Maybe they were having a bad day but hopefully they will be more aware of the food they're serving.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Freddy's in Elizabethton, and I have to say, the food was absolutely incredible! Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful - clearly made with care. I've heard great things about Emiley Gilbert and her dedication to quality in the kitchen, and after tasting the food myself, I can definitely see why! My order was prepared perfectly, and I could tell that a lot of attention was paid to every detail. emiley is back there working her magic and deserves a huge round of applause! She is a true asset to the Freddy's team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for a truly delicious and satisfying meal.

Very nice workers and great customer service. This sweet young lady Danielle took my order and even helped me clean up my grandkids mess LOL!!! The kids loved it and this is their favorite restaurant now. Definitely recommend if you've got the kids with you LOL.
