I go thru Hardee,s drive threw almost every morning. Some times the lines are long but that's ok. Today 12/22/25 I got there about 9 am. No lines but lots of people inside. The drive up window cashier was name Melissa according to my receipt. She was very sweet and my order ready. I know that most people are inpatient so I wanted to give you a good but honest review. Thanks Melissa and thank you Hardees. Roger D.

*UPDATE* ONLY 3 people working like what the heck get some help from other stores that’s insane!! Sitting for 20mins for Biscuits is absolutely ridiculous!!! Couldn’t get no help even called the store had their phone off so you couldn’t reach them no wonder this place is going under!!

Went inside to place an order this morning the fellow behind the counter literally ignored me. Shuffling trays on the counter gathering them ect. Then started assembling a drive through order. When I asked him to take my order he refused. I tried to call to speak to management but line is down. Don't go in! Drive through only if you must have their food.
We waited almost 15 minutes for our food that was mistakenly given to the wrong person. Michael made it right by refunding our money and giving us our food

We've only recently began eating at hardees and must say this location has been a shining star for customer service, efficiency, and quality. The employees are all exceptional examples of true southern hospitality and grace.
