Went through at 8:20 PM, doors were locked and couldn’t go inside, so tried to go through the drive thru and was told they weren’t selling chicken anymore because it was less than an hour until close…

I'm not one to leave reviews, but this is ridiculous. I will not be coming back to this Hardees and will encourage other people to also not waste their money there. Ordered, got the drinks that tasted like water. Sat and waited 20 minutes and thought the food would be fresh since waited that long. Everyone's food in the car was burned and barley had anything on them. The hamburger buns were burned and the hamburger meat, the ham and cheese sandwiches were burned. Nobody ate their food, had to go somewhere else to eat. Absolute sorry place.

Food was ok but he ordered 2 sausage and egg biscuits ( 2 for $5.00) and a biscuit and graveyard. I had coupon for $2.29. Total was $8.00. He got gravy biscuit and one biscuit. They left out one of his biscuits. When I called and told the girl that answered phone said no he did not. I know they did they need to work on customer service

Placed my FIRST ON LINE APP ORDER. Was supposed to be ready around 8:45 am. Waited at drive thru for about 5 minutes , after the Hardee’s girl said…. “ the online order is here”… so it was not ready on time and had to wait. Hardee’s used to be known for fast quick accurate service for drive thru breakfast. I thought the app would help. It did not. Scott Campbell

The little girl behind the counter working the window was an absolute jerk she needs an attitude adjustment and her people skills need to be reassessed

I love Hardee's but they need to learn how to talk to people! Being rude and snappy (for no reason) is uncalled for. Left and went elsewhere! Remember to teach your employees to be KIND!

Visited at lunchtime and place was empty.Not a good sign.Tables looks like they havent been cleaned in weeks the burger I ordered looked and tasold with cold cheese chewy disgusting roll.Ham and cheese was tiny and microwaved trash.I used to love Hardees.This chain will will not survive.How can a company destroy itself like this.Last visit last chance.Never again..In a word ..disgusting.

I ordered the Candied Maple Bacon before and it was delicious... I spoke with Jenny the manager over the phone twice saying that they gave me the right bacon. I explained that this is regular bacon twice now and she continued to say this was the Candied bacon. 100% regular bacon. I told her to tell the cook and seems like she didn't do that the first go around. 😐Bad service I believe. There might be a lot of mad people getting the wrong thing.
