Jersey Mike's Subs

I love Jersey Mikes cold subs, I got the Big Kahuna Chicken sub it was nasty not even real chicken like a steak Um. Also got the Big Steak Kahuna also nasty. Will never get another hot sub from them again. Very disappointed!!

Sandwich barely had any filling in it. This is not the first time. Also, the lady behind the counter has all the mobile orders behind the counter. She makes you wait and then ask you your name and grabs your order and hands it to you. Over 10 yrs I've ordered jersey mikes and I have never had to do anything but walk in and grab my order and leave. It's a bit embarrassing the way this jersey mikes in elizabethton is managed. This is definitely the worse jersey mikes I've been too. It's not the first time this place of business has had horrible pr and food quality. But it's safe to say it'll be the last time for me. I'll drive all the way to bristol before I go here again.

Went there tonight the lady working older blonde lady very rude to say the least. Told her I am HIGHLY allergic to onions, at any other jersey Mike's they wipe off the grill to be able to make my sub. She tells me we can't guarantee no onions or residue on the grill nothing she can do. Just very rude
overall. Don't know if we will come back to this location again. Also noticed they wear their gloves to collect money at the register and go back to making the sandwiches without changing gloves.

Went in today at lunch and it was very busy. EVERYONE working was very pleasant and nice! Spoke with 2 of the female employees making my sandwich and very much enjoyed the conversation. Remember when you go into any business....Please treat the employees with Kindness! We are all human!

5/23/25 I did an app order. The app applied the wrong time. I called the store... as ALWAYS NICE, not a problem , no BS. They changed the time , food PERFECT! Thank you guys for being in this small town!!!
