I ordered on line a 2 pc white extra crispy. What I got was a cold extra crispy wing and an original breast. If the chicken was cold and they didn't have the extra crispy, they should have informed the customer. When I called them, the lady on the phone had an attitude and was very rude. This seems to be on going issue with this location getting orders wrong

New review November 2025. Well I got chicken livers from this place again and now I have food poisoning. Needless to say, I am changing my review to one star because I cannot give it zero stars. It is really sad that this place has gone to hell.

They had the orders mixed up and i had to go back and fix it they must have been out of the sauce i wanted becuase my chicken had barely any on it and what was there was watery

Old food and horrible service. 40 minutes to make 2 chicken sandwiches. I was waiting inside so I was able to observe. The sandwiches weren’t fresh despite the wait. I watched them remove them from a warmer which did not receive any fresh product while I was waiting. Then they ran out of buns and replaced one sandwich with 2 chicken littles (unacceptable, but had no choice). The hot bar at Walmart serves better chicken with better service. Hopefully this place closes soon. I won’t be returning.

Payed 40-50$ for a few meals waited for 45 minutes and got one tiny dot of sauce on my “spicy chicken sandwich” if you could even call it that. I mean I wish I could post a picture. They kept giving my food out to others in the store and drive through. Food was not fresh at all when I got it fries were only filled halfway. I will not be going back here and I would highly suggest others don’t either. This place is a complete joke the staff does not do their job.
I want to say a big thank you for bringing back potato wedges! They were hot and fresh.

I like their chicken livers but they're usually overcooked I like the original ho wings but they always limit me to only 10 they will tell me they're out so I'll send my wife in to order 10 more. So sometimes it's a little hassle so I don't eat there too often.

I ordered chicken pot pie meal & received a very dried out famous bowl couldn't eat it . Also ordered a breast & a thigh meal and received a 3 piece strip meal. We decided we'd just eat it all and not complain but it was terrible we threw it to the dogs. Wilted corn hard biscuits yesterdays They're going down hill .
