Tried ordering the sticks and slices without pepperoni, which I do everytime im there, and was told they can't customize it. Its only one employee (logan) that does this. Its a pizza type no pepperoni and go about your day. I've worked there when I was a kid its not hard.

To whoever was working this store tonight y'all really need to learn some customer service skills because what I experienced tonight wasn't it. The manager there tonight got very rude with me because my children and I was trying to use our bread stick coupons which was 3 of them and he very hatefully told me that we couldn't because it was 1 per order when the coupons actually say 1 per customer,then changed his story when I told him that wasn't true because 2 of my kids had just used 2 of them last night and said well it's close to closing time I can't do it.they close at 11 and we went there about 9:45 tonight.

They do not know how to correctly make the pretzel crust pizza they are skipping steps according to Google but the dough comes out as regular piza crust ...kinda annoying when u want a pretzel ....

Ordered delivery and it said delivered but never came. 30 mins after it said delivered i asked for a refund and never got a reply. Called and was put on hold. After a few mins, called back. Laughter in the background noise and still no refund.

The overall experience is fine but the food is never hot and ready out of countless orders one had been fresh. I always order within the app, but I always receive old pizza.
This particular location is always fantastic. Food is prepared the right way, and always hot and the staff is friendly. I eat here often and also door dash the area and unlike some other local restaurants, This staff is always cool. It’s appreciated!

I would give six stars if possible the sweet older lady at the drive-through window was by far the best service I’ve ever received at little Caesars. Her name was Georgia I hope she see this she was absolutely incredible!
