Went through the drive through for coffee- not only did it take over 20mins while I watched the females ‘working’ texting away on their phones for a coffee, I paid .60 for vanilla flavor that wasn’t added. I tried to call, because at this point I don’t have time to go back before work since I waited already for 20mins(at least) AND they won’t answer the phone- must be too busy on their cell phones. When did businesses stop caring if they are breaking consumer laws? If a consumer pays for an item you advertise and upsell to someone, shouldn’t you give them what they pay for? It’s .60 today for syrup you lied about selling me, what’s next? Maybe the state should look into your practices or lack thereof regarding consumer protection laws. I remember now exactly why I haven’t been subjected to your shitty service that borders theft.

This place should be closed down, the food is rot gut the service is absolutely terrible. Got a cheeseburger meal that looked like something had been eating on it. It took over 20 minutes waiting at the drive thru just to get this nasty crap I couldn’t even eat because it laid under a heat lamp and was dried out like a piece of beef jerky.

Was sitting for about 15 minutes in drive through around 9pm after we paid for two large fries, a happy meal, 2 apple pies and one blueberry pie. They kept bringing the wrong food. After 15 minutes we said we don’t care what’s in the bag. The young man said the order is hot and fresh and correct. We ended up with a cold happy meal, not fresh fries either, and two blueberry pies and one apple pie. This crew does not work well together. They also didn’t give us any napkins. So we went to Burger King and they were kind enough to give us napkins.

went to mcdonald’s a couple days ago to get our dog a pup cup and the guy was nice and said they had pup cups and gave us one and proceeded to watch the dog eat it happily, came back a couple days later and the girl who took our order was rude and said they did not sell pup cups and did not respond after we placed our order (two small vanilla milkshakes) the service was also very slow we also took a video of our dog eating the pup cup
Good experience just forgot my apple pies and then I came back and got them, then when I left I realized there was no sauce for my nuggets, so it seems staff isn't putting the correct items into the orders and not checking thoroughly to make Shure everything is correct. Very simple to do but .... Every service is different...
