We ordered two pizzas on Sunday, Jan. 19th for carry out. It was snowing and roads were getting slick, made it to the entrance of the subdivision only to turn around and come back home. Called the store and asked for delivery and explained out dilemma. The manager made no promises, but said he would give it a try. 20 minutes later Todd pulled up to our house in a 4x4 with hot pizzas. Durning our conversation I found out that Todd was an Army veteran and he has worked with Papa John's for two years making deliveries. He explained that he enjoyed this job because he gets to meet new people every day. Thank you to the store manager and Todd. We will be ordering from Papa John's again, requesting Todd again, snow or shine.
..... oh yeah, the pizzas were great too.

Usually the food from here especially since they have been at their new location has been amazing but they dropped the ball this time. I didn't contact the store I knew they were busy but I don't think they made our papa Dias correctly. I ordered 2 papa Dias one was Philly cheesesteak one was an Italian and I ordered one pizza. The Philly wasn't cut in half no big deal but inside there was almost no toppings it was mostly bread. The Italian had 2 pieces of salami was threw on just one half barely any toppings or cheese and wasn't cut in half. The pizza was good just not cut all the way through which wasn't that big of a deal. We ate it anyways it was still edible just not as good as it usually is.

What a rude manager papa John’s manager needs fired rudest person ever
The small veggie pizza had no flavor. I didn't like the garlic sauce. The pizza was prepared well, but the crust was a bit soggy so I put it in a skillet for a few minutes at home. A pizza with meat probably tastes better.
