Sadly they are closed at least for the next 4 months according to their sign.
Excellent food, Professional staff, Great variety at the buffet & good prices. I would recommend. Unfortunately it is closed until December 2025.

Phenomenal service. Food was mostly fried and the sushi had very little fish in it which was disappointing. Selection is small. Mushrooms were delicious.

Not sure what happened here? All chicken very chewed and way over spiced. Egg rolls now raw. Pudding was warm instead of ice cold.my 12 years of going here are probably over

🥡 Red Ginger Buffet - Elizabethton, TN - 5 Stars Red Ginger is hands down the best Chinese buffet in Elizabethton! The variety on the buffet is impressive — from classic favorites like General Tso’s chicken and lo mein to fresh sushi and tasty hibachi options. Everything we tried was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The staff is friendly and keeps the buffet well-stocked and clean. It’s a great place for families or groups with different tastes because there’s truly something for everyone. We left full and happy, and we’ll definitely be back soon. Great food, great value, and a local gem!
Staff are very nice and wonderful services..been 2 times and it is the only one I will eat at!!
We regularly stop here for carry out. They have carry out styrofoam containers you fill with the food you want. The price is based on the weight at checkout. I have never had a problem with the food. They were voted the best buffet food by channel 11. The prices are reasonable and the selection is extensive/
