We ordered a large cheese pizza (delicious), a buffalo chicken sandwich (tasty but lacked chicken and sauces), season fries (charged for seasoning but they were not seasoned), breadsticks (delicious), and a slice of the chocolate cake (not freshly made, it was frozen and super small for $6.00). We order from here once in a while and never know what we are going to get. Sometimes it is amazing and sometimes it is just OK. I hate to give this place a negative review but if I’m paying for food it should be consistent and correct. The customer service is always good here and I’m sure if I called they would correct the issues but these are small and I hate to have to go back and make them fix it. I hope with this review maybe they will correct these issues for the next person.

Yesterday ordered a pie payment got messed up and ended up double paying! The owner was very kind and fixed the problem immediately! And the mistake made was totally on account of something mixed up on my end and not their's! Plus the pizza was delicious! Will be eating here more often!!

The perfect hole in the wall Italian restaurant. The pizza was fresh, the crust was perfect, the sauce was not acidic like most pizza places and very little grease, comes to your table piping hot and cheese pulling apart in the most tantalizing way. The apple pie and Italian wedding cake were absolutely delicious. Will be coming here more often.

LOVED IT! if you are in Elizabethton GO HERE! very very good food couldnt have been better or so i thought till i met Judy our waitress she had great conversation and was so kind. rico himself came out and he was so kind as well it felt like i was meeting a celebrity! i didn’t want to leave! i got the pizza pretzel and it was delicious and warm and fresh. before i left judy gave me a free cup of ice tea to take with me. 100% RECOMMEND!!Wheelchair accessibility: has a rampDietary restrictions: had gluten free food and vegetarian options

The food was amazing! I had a chicken calzone and fried pickles as appetizers. Our server, Judy, was bubbly and made the experience something else!
A simple small town pizza joint. We've been here several times but have only had the pizza, so I can't review any of the other food. The pizza is hit or miss, but always at least good, sometimes great. I guess it just depends on who's making the pies that night. When Rico is making them is when they're the best.Wheelchair accessibility: They recently added a ramp, but in my opinion it's too steep for a wheelchair. More just for folks who have a hard time with stairs.
