Ordered a pretzel and a couple Sonic blasts took forever had to ask where my order was then pretzel came out cold n hard Nasty !!! Very disappointed

Pressed the button on the menu, waited 20 mins. Left went to Burger King came back parked in the same place the light was still blinking finished my food from somewhere else before anyone ever answered to take the order I can’t even grade the service or food because I was never served. I’ve never been to a sonic this bad.

I ordered two drinks from here, a strawberry slush and a Red Bull recharger, the strawberry slush had no flavoring in it and was just a cup of slush ice, the recharger came as a slush instead of a normal drink like the way it’s supposed to be. To be fair I think it is just because I ordered from the Elizabethton location, I should have known to go to a better location.

We got the 4.99 meals, one with tots and one with fries. One unsweet and one sweet tea, but got 2 fries and 2 really sweet teas..oh well..what can you expect for 5 bucks

Ordered a cheeseburger, corn dog, and red velvet milkshake. Waited over 20 minutes. Cheeseburger was cold, corn dog was hot, and the milkshake was grainy and the outside of the cup was a mess. My carhop was apparently the crew leader and apologized for the way the cup looked with all that red syrup and cleaned it.

A drive-thru was probably their worst idea yet and then getting rid of frito. Drive thru customers are ignored by all passing employees. The people in stalls want the car hop experience and drive thru customers do not. However, I was at the window for 20 minutes my last time. I now just go to a stall. They may as well take their drive thrus out and bring the British back.

Went there to get ice cream At 11 p m .Because that's what time we get off of work, they had already cleaned the ice cream machine and would not serve us, so we waited for our meal Waited over ten minutes and the food was cold.

The sonic in Elizabethton Tennessee used to be a good place to eat but due to the manager Mary stating it's their practice to take food back through the window if they mix your order up I will be avoiding this sonic like it's the plague that's nasty and I'm pretty sure it's against health department regulations.

This place is absolutely terrible with orders. The last 3 times I've been here, it has been a disaster trying to order. Finally got to the point that I just had to cancel the order and go eat next door at Taco Bell. Save yourself some trouble and aggravation.

High school football game across the highway from Sonic so they were not very busy. My wife and I pulled in to the stall pushed the red button waited six minutes and no one took our order so we went to the drive through waited for 5 minutes and no one took our order. Pulled up to the window and I tapped on the window and noticed two of the women standing talking. Finally a young girl came to the window and I explained what had happened and she said there were only 4 employees and they were busy, although I was the only one in the drive through. I asked if I could now order and she said I would have to go back to order and I reminded that I had been there for 5 minutes and no one took our order. She got real hostile and never did apologize, which offended my wife and although we like their hamburgers we probably won't go back. By the way I can see Sonic Drive-in from my house.

Mostly mobile app sites. Rather ridiculous. I dont do mobile apps. Drive thru is always full. Manager, not everybody does everything online.
