I ordered cookies and they were NOT cooked. They came uncooked in a box. I put them in the oven to see if that would help and no. I am extremely disappointed considering this is my favorite place to get cookies.

Went in around 9pm. Worker said they were out of numerous ingredients (Italian bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayo, steak) bc the previous shift didn't prep anything. All the veggies were old and wilted and turning brown. The worker was nice when spoken to. Also its super dark and sketchy outside. no lights even in the parking lot.

Servers don't know how or don't wish to pull up online orders. Arrived 5 mins after time stated online. Do not wrap sandwich properly. It falls apart. Will Never go to or advise going to this location. Food was bought back. Mgr refused to acknowledge responsibility nor full refund on both. Had to take 3 hour old food, I lost 6.99 online promo. She was uncooperative and unprofessional from the start. This is the only subway location, I have Ever came across that was this bad.
Beware. Go To other location. I am calling corporate

Last night When I walked in to this subway there was rap music playing really loud so the girl wasn't paying attention to what we were ordering I ordered 2 chicken, bacon,ranch footlong subs .had to tell her twice what kind we wanted then tell her 2 or 3 times what to put on them and still not right. omg chicken bacon ranch really should have ranch on it .was cold didn't toast it but a min the bacon was slimy almost raw went to the trash waist of my money never again .

This place was a disgrace. The service was horrible. I ordered a hot philly cheese sandwich and it came out ice cold she left it in the oven for literally 1 minute. I will never come here again I will drive out of my way to go to a different subway shop. They were speaking loudly about another employee getting replaced and that they were currently hiring someone to replace her. The attitudes were very bad and no one seemed to want to be there.

Do not go to the subway the day manager is horrible. My 6-year-old granddaughter wouldn't even eat the sandwich the manager got really hostile when my daughter went to confront her about while the sandwiches wasn't made the right way all we wanted was the sandwiches made the correct way. She attacked my daughter pushing her out the door my daughter has a severely sprained wrist because of her. The district regional manager won't even do anything about it.
