The sandwich maker definitely deserves a raise. Top notch preparer with a great personality. Makes a person want Subway more often

I went into the store today I wanted to try the nachos. I walked out with nothing !! Two women working June 24 around 7 p.m. not one of them said hi will be with you in a few NOTHING!! I assume they was making a online order but as long as it was taking two other customers came in behind me. The other customers asked me if they was making my food I said no they have not said a word to me ..both men walked out and I walked out behind them!! I told the ladies working you have not acknowledge me as a customer right in front of you just lost me and two other customers tonight!!! I will not be back!!
My boyfriend and I were in the Elizabethton Subway , the Ladies that were working on 5/8/25 were very nice and the service was Great! The one woman was in training,she did a great job on our subs! I had a roast beef sub and my boyfriend had a BMT. We will definitely be back when we crave a sub! Thank you for the great subs and service ladies!😁We were in the Subway on Over mountain Drive.

I came in for 4 foot long subs I had a coupon for 3 for 17.99..i was told they do not accept 3 for coupons ...only the smaller coupons on the same flyer. So I ordered anyway, got home and 2 subs had stale bread and the Italian BMT only had cheese and the spicy pepperoni, no ham at all. I drove to this location because I have had problems with the one closer to my home. I guess it is everywhere

I came in just to get a tuna salad sandwich and left empty handed because no one made any tuna salad because "nobody ever orders it." Call me nobody I guess 🤷🏻♀️
Don't understand the coupons that subway sends out. When you get to the store they say due to the cost of the food they can't accept the coupons. Then why send them out ?

Veg's were fresh. Very busy and only 1 person making sandwiches so a long wait. Also, this store doesn't honor the free coupons (bogo type). I didn't know this so hadn't brought others. I'm disabled and was just in too much pain to go to the car and get them. I'm not sure if other stores are going to start this but it's just too expensive to pay full price.

This was a horrible subway experience I waited on the drivethru for 5-8 mins while the lady flirted with a customer the lady taking my order was so worried about the boy In front of me that she messed my food up put MUSTARD on my meatball sandwich AND FOEGOT TO TOAST IT instead of remaking it she just bagged it up and said sorry than I go to pay and she can't accept my gift card for whatever reason so I had to go online the do my whole order I chose subway because I was tired I wanted to get something quick and go home I spent well over 30 minutes just getting my food it's

Food is usually delicious but this visit got our subs toasted as usual and everything was still cold and the bacon looked raw.
Parking: Not sure why they don't have the options of food that I get on the list here. I always get the monster and it's DELICIOUS!!!

This is the best subway in E-Town. Jerikka is awesome she is always prepared unlike some of the other subways around here and she always is so nice. This Subway is a little further to drive for me but worth it I recommend going there over the other subways around here. Thanks again for making my dinning experience here so good.

I don't know what the sandwich maker's problem was with me. Whether it was because I was in my pajamas, that I asked for only 4 tomatoes, that I asked for my sandwich to be cut into 4, or that I asked for my sauces on the side. Regardless she was rude. Apologizing to the gentleman behind me when he didn't have a problem. Snarky comments about my order: we only are suppose to put 4 tomatoes on anyhow (not true) and telling me it was too much work to cut my sandwich into 4 and she'll give me a plastic butter knife to cut it myself. To avoid me giving a bad review she gave me a duplicate receipt instead of the original receipt. Horrible customer service. Her name started with an R.

I have no idea if it’s the app or what. I have ordered twice and both times I have requested for the bread to be toasted. & here we are with some cold subs. I even elaborated to please toast the bread.
