i asked for a REFRIED BEAN gordita and they gave it to me with BEEF. i have had the longest day of my life and i was looking forward to taco bell all day and now you’ve ruined the one good thing in my life. hope your happy with what you’ve done. i can’t eat beef and the fries were very bad. i want you to know how much i despise you. i loathe you frankly.

it took them an hour to make our food and they messed it up their was a blonde girl working i told her they left 2 things out on our order she raised her voice and said no. their are other orders infront of you no their wasn’t for her info they messed ours up. do better taco bell

Walked here a 2am to avoid driving drunk. Can't serve you on foot
Update: don't waste your time or money at this location. a line of people waiting on their orders to be filled. For the last 30 minutes one employee has been walking around on her phone she then goes and gets her taco bell food and sits in the restaurant to eat. This is the last time I'll be a customer. They always forget something that we paid for. It's a must go in to get what you order. Cause if you go through the drive through you will need to park and go inside to get the rest of your order.
Really disappointed in the way staff there was. I got a freezy the only gave me half of a small I paid 1.40 extra for it with my meal.got half a cup food just threw in the bag most if it was unwrapped an fell out in bag stuck to paper were it was so soggy.if people don't want to work there an do there jobs the best they can you should get someone that will we pay for our food it's not free act like it !!!!

Food was cold was supposed to be a luxe box but was thrown in a bag. Hard shell taco was so soggy that bottom fell off. Paid an extra $1.40 for a dragonfruit freeze only got half of a small very disappointed. I have to pay for my food probably not going to choose taco bell again. Very disappointed feels like I wanted my money

Pretty sure I got chicken that had been on the warmer for 4+ hours. Very black and dry like jerky

Ordered 5 piece chicken nuggets, terrible! Overcooked, salty and dry. And small compared to other fast food nuggets. But the avocado sauce was nice. Ordered 2 crispy taco supremes which didn’t have much sour cream, and two burrito supremes which were stone cold. Had to nuke them. This was on Cinco de Mayo!

They almost refuse to take orders other than the kiosk. First time there was charged twice and The manager acts like she didn't want to give me a refund. Told me to call corporate over and over again. Apparently a couple of the other guest heard it and she finally came out and gave me a refund 15 minutes later. Food was wrong that time.. second time I went back food was wrong again and both times it took over 10 minutes for me to get food. I cannot recommend this Taco Bell

Absolutely terrible! Food was awful and service was too! We ordered the box specials and they weren’t even in a box. Just thrown in a bag. Chips and cinnamon twists everywhere. When we got home we seen that they left out a few things and got most of it wrong. When we called they tried to tell us just to call back tomorrow. I told them that we needed the food that was left out tonight as that was my son’s dinner. He then told me that people call and lie all the time and seemed to insinuate that I was lying. He finally agreed to give me the items that were left out although he refused to give me his name. I went to get them and found out that he lied to all the employees and told them not to give me their names or his and told them that I do that all the time. I haven’t eaten at Taco Bell in years and going through all that is definitely not something I would choose to do regularly. I don’t believe I’ll ever eat there again. Especially not this one!!! I doubt anyone is calling and lying. They probably just mess up everyone’s order regularly. If I could give zero stars, I would. I realize mistakes happen but then they should be handled and corrected. No need for unnecessary drama! Costumers just want what they’ve paid for!
