Slow rude but the food was great guys but the drive thru needs some work and help speeding up the process a little the restaurant was dirty I walked in but food great 👍

I came inside to place a somewhat large order, just to hear everybody get upset and talk about it loudly where I could hear everything and how they're just going to lock the lobby doors, and they were loud about the quantity of small patties they were "taking".. The lobby wasn't even full, wasn't long past 8pm. I thought I was being helpful by coming inside to place that somewhat large of an order instead of coming through the drive thru, but I suppose I was wrong. I also didn't even get all of the food I had ordered, but I was honestly too embarrassed after hearing the manager and people complain about my order to even check it before leaving. The order wasn't even over $50, so it wasn't even that large of an order considering the price of take out nowadays... it's a shame to deal with customer service like this and then to not even get all of the food you ordered, anyway. I should have just asked for a refund and told them to forget all of it. I did call back over the item missing, and they said I could come pick up that one item or they could take my name down, but I'm not driving 15 minutes to go back there for an order of fries. I should have gotten a refund as soon as I heard the loud remarks and I would have spent money elsewhere. If I ever order Wendy's ever again, it'll definitely NOT be at the Elizabethton location.

I didn't expect anything more than mediocre food. However, when arriving home in Hampton, I discovered my order was not fulfilled properly. I called the restaurant, the error was acknowledged, my name was put on a list to be corrected. I show up a week later where no record was found and the manager was rude, talked over me, interrupted me and denied any correction. I am so tired of being ripped off by idiots at a drive-thru but even worse when management fails to make things right. I showed my Google timeline and my call log from the date the error was made.... customer service is a thing of the past.

I wanted to try the new thin mint frostie. Ordered two medium frosties. Time was roughly 11pm. They were no thicker than milk!!!! My question is this. How could any employee, I believe it was actually the manager, serve such a poor quality item knowing that it was no where near what it should have been. My thinking is that because it was a drive thru order that it didn't matter. That nobody will take the time to bring it back. Or call. I called and no reason was given as to how this could happen. Funny thing is, I believe I talked to the manager and he said he was going to look into it . Like he is really going to look into his own actions??? Inferior food should NEVER be served for any reason!!!!! Customers pay your wages!!!! At least act like you appreciate them!!!!!

Well wished they'd let pic. On here. Absolutely nasty garbage pulled up on top of garbage cans or whatever you want to call them . Had to get water on napkins to clean smeared ketchup that's dry.off our tables. And screwed up all 5 orders. Damn shame.
