Well at 3:40 on 12/28/25 wife and child went in bathroom and two employees in same stall doing Thier thing and they darted out without washing Thier hands . Bad a child has to see that. Both employees should be fired!!!!!!!!!!. On top of nasty hands serving people.

Alexia was really sweet, and helping me with extra sauces for me and being overall positive and with it being so early we need more glowing personality like hers in Thai world, this a very person oriented location based off accolades and staff, 10/10

Ordered online for pickup. A 20 bone in wing order had 2 drumsticks and 18 flats. The wings were dry and smelled old. They only gave one order of egg rolls when 2 were ordered.

Tonight was a total disaster. Waited in car line (you’re boxed in & can’t get out) for 23 minutes (6 other customers too)and to make matters worse, they got my order wrong. I know these young people are trying but they are not trained efficiently. The manager should not leave young people in charge. I lay this at the manager’s feet. I’ve never seen so many angry customers and I was in my car and you could hear them. You have to do better. Train your employees better. Help them. Everyone of the customers tonight should be reimbursed. These young people don’t have the authority to do that. Tonight was just unacceptable.

The food is great. Comes out hot and fresh, with any kind of sauce you want. The staff are wonderful and make sure you have a great experience. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven't already.

Food was ok. The chicken was good but the fried pickles were not. They tasted more like breading than pickles. Other than that it was fine

The floor was flooded all the way to side entrance. Bathroom door broken. The counter in front of tea and napkins was very dirty. This was my first time. I took photos right after lady mopped.
