Unseasoned chicken and fries that are saltier than a salt lick.

The slowest one in the Tri Cities. Had to stand there waiting for 15 mins to pick up my order and the employees just ignored me by walking right by me.

The service is not good. I know for a fact I can pick up my online order through the drive thru and the girl told me I had to come inside. Making up rules will cause you to lose customers. Do better.

I came through a while ago and my food was old. I'm not sure why I decided to give them another chance today but I did unfortunately. All I ordered was fries and they gave me cold fries that had been sitting there for who knows how long! Won't be coming back!

we ordered from the app. ordered extra zax sauce no ranch. we got 1 zax, 2 ranch, and 5 dressings. we got 4 drinks which won't fit in the holder, so one ended up on the floor of the restaurant. this is ridiculous. there should be no reason every time we get food from there that the order is wrong and the condiments are wrong. someone need to be double checking the orders that go out. I'm sick of paying at least $75 for FAST FOOD and the order being wrong half the time.

Always ate here and ordered same thing & always paid same price.
Well, tonight came to order same thing and was told a much higher price.
I guess this is the last time we eat here.

My order wasn't made correctly after being very deliberate and speaking slowly and clearly when placing the order, that I can overlook. The thing that really bothers me is I paid extra for additional sauce and there is barely a centimeter in each cup, what the actual hell?! I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous.

The app malfunctioned and didn't have my order, and charged my card. They made me come inside just to tell me they don't have my order and the charge will eventually fall off. I know it's not the workers fault directly but I'm temporarily out $35 bucks till who knows when, and I had to park my car and walk inside for them to figure that out? It was extremely inconvenient on top of an already annoying situation. Do better.

The food was ok. It was not as fresh as it normally is.

I like the food and I come nearly everyday but the wait time is ridiculous. Why is it that the elizabethton zaxbys can't get the food out quicker when all other zaxbys including johnson city can serve u quickly. No exaggeration, every single time i come to this zaxbys I have to pull up to the curb and park and wait a minimum of 10 minutes. If other zaxbys can be quick then so can this one. I think the problem is all the young people working there and there is never a more senior manager in the restaurant. Can yall please please please do something about the wait time because it's very annoying especially after a long day at work and u don't feel like sitting for 30+ minutes waiting on a Zack snack.
