I asked ChatGPT to recommend a barbecue between Alcoa and Cleveland, Tennessee, and who knew the AI had such incredible taste buds. This was one of the best barbecue meals I’ve had in a long time and I’ve traveled throughout the country looking for the best barbecue. I tried their ribs, brisket and tenderloin plus coleslaw and broccoli salad. Everything was spot on and delicious.
Decided to take a drive thru the smaller towns of East TN and found this gem of a bbq place. Husband had the jalapeño and cheese link as well as the beef link and he really liked them. I had the potato with pork on it and it was AMAZING!! If you're in the area stop by, you won't be disappointed.
Every time I have come in the staff has been helpful and friendly. But the best part has always been the food. Yummy! No matter what I have ordered. Moist meats and good potions. The vegetables are great also. Just the right seasoning for the veggie. Come on down and enjoy.
